The location is a walking distance to Hang Tuah Mall/Street and tourist attractions.

Cleanliness is a bit out - someone kid scribbled the room's wall. Shower walls need scrubbing. Swimming pools need cleaning-lots of birds drops

The location is nice, restaurants and other shops are located nearby. Staff are very intuitive attending our needs, the bed are very comfy and for Muslim, they are providing prayer mat in the room. The breakfast is good, they have local and western delicacies to choose from

Television signal is not clear as sometimes we didn’t get clear pictures of the channel. And during our breakfast, we found ants roaming on the desk, better not left our foods long time on the desk

Swimming pool is passable. Lift to parking bay is dated.

Room 1316 in very bad condition..carpet very dusty..wardrobe almost broke..door eyelook stuff with tissue..

moulds spell in the lift/passage way/room, dark room, almost no tv reception, leaking bath room enclosure, no security for car park, misleading information on booking.com as to the name of the hotel

the swimming pool is a bit small and a bit rundown. nobody manning the entrance of the swimming area. towel were not enough.
