Fantastyczne miejsce z duszą i historią. Każdy hotel chciałby mieć bazę taką, jaka istnieje tu naturalnie i od kilkuset lat. To miejsce opowiada przeszłość i pozwala złapać oddech. Każdy pokój jest inny, a te z tarasem są najlepsze. Koniecznie przyjedź tu nieco wcześniej i zostań dłużej, niż zwykle planujesz w podróży. Warto!
Hotelowa restauracja czynna jest wyłącznie w weekendy, a w pobliskim Weeze nie da się dobrze zjeść.. To jedyna niedogodność, ale jak już za to uda się dotrzeć w weekend i zamówić kolację w restauracji - jedzenie jest wyśmienite.

The rooms are very pretty and we got 1 that had a sofa bed so both my kids had good space.
There is only 1 restaurant in the hotel, so do let them know if you wish to have dinner so they can reserve a spot for you.

The location is in the quiet country where we enjoyed a good night's sleep. We enjoyed our quarters, they are very large, the only negative being that we had to lug all of our luggage upstairs. But one must REMEMBER castles and their quarters did not have elevators LOL so this was not a problem! The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast quite good and I highly recommend that one stay here.

The location was very nice. The surroundings were enchanting and the quietness was lovely! The staff was very accomodating. All in all a great stay.

We chose the hotel because of the airport as we had a flight early in the morning. Perfect location in this sense. Atmosphere, comfortable rooms, lovely area really.
The restaurant was not working in the evening. We don't know why though. Maybe it's usually not working in winter

The scenery is brilliant, the rooms are nice and clean. Enough space for the whole family and nice comfortable beds

Beautiful location to travel to, also with a pet. Nice walks in lovely scenery, delicious breakfast and comfortable and spacious room. Warmly recommend!

Very nice place, near historic Castle. Very big bungalow with 3 bedrooms (one in the attic). We enjoyed an excellent night of sleep in our way from Holland to the Rhein Valley and enjoyed walking around the Castle and to the nearby River in the morning before continuing our trip.
Nothing to say. Just be aware that our room was on first floor without elevator

We really enjoyed our stay. Awesome location, great staff, great for walks.
The only 2 points of criticism are that the breakfast is really way too expensive for its basicness, in hindsight we´ve paid 32 euro for 1 croissant and 2 bread rolls with egg and bacon and 2 glasses of water.
On forehand we thought the Schloss would be accessible but it´s inhabited, yet the site on Booking.com shows some lovely pictures from inside the Schloss. However these are the only peeks you´ll get inside, and I think you should make people aware of that before their stay. You still have a lovely location which people will gladly come to with accurate expectations.

impossible to look inside the castle, nothing to do if you do not have a car, restaurant works only on Friday and Saturday
