Location

Teribble old apartments, dirty old sofas, ants everywhere, horrible bathrooms, no air con. It's such a shame, there is so much wasted potential.

The only thing is that the bed was rock hard

Calm beautiful place and close enough to the wonderful beach. Nice quiet pool area.

The accommodation was a little dated but that was part of its charm, it was clean and we had the basics that we needed like a fridge, microwave and kettle etc. The grounds were so well kept and very pretty. It was peaceful, all you could hear were the birds chirping, a lovely place to relax and the pool was nice to cool off when needed. The beach isn’t far and is stunning. There are reasonably priced bars and restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

The beds were a little on the hard side but after a glass of wine, we slept ok 😊

the beach is really near by and beautiful, there is a shop and several restaurants to choose from but it is quite remote otherwise, so you need to hire a car or pay for cabs, which can be expensive and vary greatly in price.

I have stayed at this lovely peaceful place on a number of occasions. The big plus is that there are no noisy children or idiot stag groups, and there are no Albufeira-type night clubs. It's calm, comfortable, great value and a place to relax. The gardens are lovely, and the room facilities, while fairly basic, are clean, comfortable and well-serviced. There are a small supermarket and several nice restaurants/bars within 200-250m, but it's best to bring a car for exploring further afield. The best beach in Algarve is about 450m away down the cliff, if beach is your thing.

The WiFi is pretty dodgy - but MEO's 'Enjoy Portugal' e-SIM solved that problem for 15€ (since the awful 'brexit', UK mobile operators have been quick to start ripping international travellers off again). And I'd 'delete' the disco over the road at the sports complex on weekend evenings... but hey, it stopped by 2300 anyway. No big deal.

Lovely quiet location with small square just outside with lovely restaurants and a supermarket, the beach is a 10 minute walk. We had a lovely pool view apartment with balcony.

Lots of flys in the room needs a total renovation and no windows only patio doors to open which even with them open you still need the light on

The location was perfect. Close to a beautiful beach with store and restaurants nearby but less crouded than in the centre of Albufeira. Perfect for relaxing trip.

The stove in the apartment was not working properly, it was impossible to make eggs or meat, even boiling water took a long time.
