Charming and well maintained hotel, big room with amazing sea view, friendly staff. The breakfast was also ok. Before I came I read commentaries about problems with hot water and was a bit worried, but there wasn’t anything like this.

Everything was perfect there isn’t something that i don’t like. For the price you get everything you need

Hotel was really pleasure, personal very nice, view was wonderful.

No warm water between some hours (twice when I was taking shower); When I wanted to check out, I was asked to wait 5 minutes, because the room had to be checked (probably if I didn't take something, for what I didn't pay)

Very friendly lovely lady at the reception. Room was big enough, seemed pretty clean, too; lovely sea view from the balcony.

Very unpleasant smell in the corridors; Bed was not comfortable, not to mention the pillow, if can be called that way. Walls very thin, was impossible to sleep cause of all the noice the neighbours were making till mid of the night. Ambience, especially restaurant, very outdated. Staff at reception spoke poor Bulgarian (which I do not expect in a bulgarian hotel). The street from hotel down to main road is very dark in the evening, so didn't trust myself going out looking for a restaurant for dinner (and the one in the hotel is open only 18 till 19h, didn't even understand, if for all the guests or only for the accommodated Ukrainians). Both mornings there was no water. So to bottom line, the room was cheap and clean, but at the end I left early morning tired and without taking a shower. I definitely won't come back.

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights in this hotel because we stop here every year, coming from Greece. This year we faced a very delicate situation. In the bathrooms there were 2 large towels and 1 small one from the beginning. (quite old and used). we used our personal towels with no problems. When leaving, they told us that 2 small towels were missing, because there should have been 2 large and 2 small ones... (SO BE CAREFUL HOW MANY TOWELS YOU FIND IN THE BATHROOM) It wasn't a problem because I paid €16 for them, but they started to bring us insulting and slightly racist words. A few days after our stay, we received a message from booking that the property canceled the reservation because we were not there....the payment was made with Cash at the property. They try now to charge the card with which I guaranteed the reservation. We had a very good impression of this hotel but unfortunately we are disappointed by the low level it has reached.

The room was clean,so was the pool for the most part. Staff was friendly,yet english or german speaking could improve.

The b-fast was everyday the same,nothing exciting,by the pictures on the web fairly dissapointing. They only offered water and orange juice,all others were broken. As for dinners that was huge no no.

Too far from the beach. check in at 14 o’clock but they didn’t give us the room Keyes to not catch the lunch.

I was pleasantly surprized with the size of the room with private pool and sea view from the balcony. The room was clean and quiet, towels were changed daily. We had all inclusive and the food was good with slightly different menus every day.

Our room fridge was very weak and not cooling. The bathroom fan was non-functional. The room has a small cathode ray tube television with sound problems. We don't usually use tv anyway so it was not a big deal.

There is no free breakfast although it should be include and the same about internet, it cost 5lv for 24h

they upgraded my stay due to my last bad experience with them. this time stay was great thanks for all patience. i hope all room standards will be like that :)
