Lit très confortable et appart fonctionnel. C'est bien pour une halte d'une nuit.

No es un apart-hotel, en realidad es una residencia de estudiantes que aprovecha las habitaciones libres para que las reserve algún desprevenido, como yo. RUIDO EXTREMO: pedí una habitación silenciosa, respondieron que sí y me dieron una que daba a 4 vías del ferrocarril, que pasa a todas horas, incluso por la noche. Las ventanas no aíslan en absoluto. RECEPCION: después de las 19:00 no hay nadie, por lo cual hay que buscarse la vida para entender las instrucciones para entrar con un código, luego encontrar una caja fuerte y con otro código abrirla y obtener la llave. BARRIO: peligroso y cutre, como el de casi todas las estaciones de tren. Marginalidad, oscuridad, callejones estrechos. PARKING: al haber llegado luego de las 19:00 no hay a quién pedirlo. Tuve que buscar un párking caro a 200 metros del "hotel". CONSEJO: mejor pagar 20€ más por un alojamiento de calidad, es imposible dormir en éste. Por cierto: el Ibis Budget está a 50 metros y también tiene las vías del tren en las habitaciones que dan a la parte de atrás. Tampoco lo recomiendo.

Receptionist wasn't speaking english at all. She couldn't even tell what time is the breakfast. Shower head was not holding in it's place, shower pipes were stuck.

Comfortable bed, and pillows. Parking and breakfast was good for being continental.

Toilet was in dire need of a good clean or bleach tablets. It was filthy! Rest of place was clean.

Location was convenient for access to the station although not a great area if travelling alone/at night.

The customer service wasn't good. My booking was for a room with twin beds and a cot but I arrived and there was a double bed and no cot. No staff were around as it was the Easter weekend but a phone number for any issues was provided. I called the number and the man was extremely unpleasant and seemed inconvenienced by my call; it was also apparent that he wasn't located near the hotel. He sent a young man to my room to help me but, unfortunately, he had little knowledge of the runnings of the hotel and brought me a broken cot, another that wouldn't stay up and then said nothing else was available. I had called earlier in the day to check that everything in my booking was available and I was assured that it was. Then, the young man didn't seem to know how to resolve the twin bed issue so I offered to separate and remake the beds if he could bring me some sheets. We also needed towels (there was only 1 provided). He wasn't able to bring us what we needed and so we didn't have the right sheets nor enough towels, and no other reception staff was available. We had to improvise and put up with the substandard cot as we had no other choice. This is just unacceptable and terrible customer service. The young man was very polite and did what he could but, unfortunately, he wasn't trained or knowledgable enough to deal with our booking effectively. Very unprofessional of the permanent reception staff.

The location was superb, 1 minute from the station and yet still close to the city centre. The receptionist was friendly and the room was comfortable to stay in.

The breakfast options were quite limited which I would not have expected for €10 a day.
