The hotel is very nice, all the staff are extremely nice, the breakfast is excellent. As always in this hotel.

A negative surprise was the closure of the entire wellness center with the pool during our stay. It's really a pity that the hotel could not inform about this in advance. We were not informed about this, for us, key condition even at check-in. Yes, the hotel offered free tickets to Therme 1, but the main reason we chose this hotel was the in-house wellness and thermal pool...

All is perfect. Spa, people, restaurant.

Breakfast was very good. Big sort of meals. Helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking for free was advantage. Very helpful reception lady.

Room was comfortable, and had small bed. What I was missing the most - was kettle for hot water in the room with possibility to make a tea.

Everything was great, the spa services, the restaurant, the bar, the room. Perfect for a short vacation.

Super friendly, helpful and professional staff. Had half board and the dinner was really good. The thermal pool and whirlpool was great. Furthermore, Dieter was the best waiter ever!

A bit old interior, not so good coffee and the "DIY" breakfast where you had to cut your own vegetables. - Cutting and cleaning vegetables on the buffet board was odd not hygienic.
