The receptionist on Tuesday 27/2022 treated us in a very suspicious and rude way at the time of making the payment at check out, did not greet us, had a bad attitude and was insistent that the accommodation "was not paid", to which we replied that we already knew and that is why we were there, despite the fact that the booking application said that the accommodation would take care of all the payments by charging the card. When we entered our password wrong when paying, he got angry and told us "what did you do" angrily. He angrily tells me that I must pass it through the slot of the machine but the truth is that the card worked with a sensor and was what I tried to explain but he got angrier moving his head and tightening the situation more, never helping everything to be requested. However the guests before us (Europeans) were very kind and diligent unlike us who are Latinas. Therefore we believe that this was a racist act on your part which we manifest.

Cosy interior, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. We traveled with a newborn and got a free room upgrade. Thank you very much.
