Hotel molto confortevole, gentilezza del personale e disponibilità. Trovato quasi per caso, ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. Sicuramente da tenere in considerazione per altre tappe in quella zona. Molto vicino a Milano e a due passi da Leolandia

Ottima posizione, stanze spaziose e pulite.

La struttura è molto bella, curata in ogni particolare. La camera ed il bagno grandi. Lo staff dell'albergo molto vicino alla clientela. Quando si è presentato un problema alla SPA, siamo stati avvisati in anticipo e siamo stati "coccolati" in maniera egregia. Questo secondo me, è il "valore aggiunto" che tutte le strutture dovrebbero avere.

L'unica cosa che secondo me va in contrasto con tutto è la mancanza di una presa di corrente sul lato del letto. Mia moglie aveva la presa sul comodino, io no. Ho dovuto mettere a caricare il telefono sul mobile della televisione.

Lo staff cordiale , zona spa molto bella , hotel pulito e molto bello....ritorneremo sicuramente in quanto ci siamo trovati molto bene!

La camere ( la nostra era del residence) non era molto pulita rubinetteria anche della cucina tutta piena di calcare, polvere nel pavimento e capelli nel cuscino riposto nell'armadio.

It wasn’t really like that

They forgot to inform us that the wellness is not working and the hotel’s restaurant is close. No one said anything, but at least they paid everything in advance. And when we asked for compensation, the aswer was we got one glass of drink and they said they can order pizza for us because we can’tspeak Italian (of course we paid, not the hotel)

Restaurant room is terrible!!! Like in a canteen for poor people. We needed to step on our feet for a coffee cos the room was away too small… Nowhere on the site is written that we need to pay extra for the wellness area!! Not fair !!

Staff was extremely friendly. The premises are clean and the interior very nice.

Hotel entrance and hotel lobby was not clearly accessible. Parking is across from hotel and felt not safe from break-ins.

Bed was too hard , room wasn't very clean - walls were dirty, no plug sockets , light beside the bed was broken , A/C didn't work well , wasn't near any busses or trains so you would need to have a car to travel

Reception staff very helpful. Dinner extremely busy with only one waitress who did a fantastic job. Got coach service to Monza which was great and well priced.

Room had bedroom upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Completely impractical. Dirty tissues in the safe!?! Room not cleaned or checked properly Shower attachment broken. Need better maintenance.

Object needs proper restaurant - not breakfast room adopted as "provisional restaurant" with very limited menu. Matresses in beds are too soft (for my expectations).

The staff really educated and helpful The room is renovated, the bathroom also really nice and renewed Private Parking in front of the room is also a nice feature. Easy access to Tourist attractions like Monza and Milano. The Wellness center is truly fair priced for 8€/person -> ammenities like pool and sauna are great!

Breakfast could be more diverse (ex. with fresh fruits) and the room desired for breakfast also needs to be larger to accommodate better the many guests.
