What price is showing from booking.com very cheap but when payment's final price very expressive all hide taxes
Next time I am not going to book any hotels from booking.com
Same day I am calling booking.com no one picks the phone

Location ,comfortable mattress, bed, fairly clean linen, hot shower & hot water tap, Coway H2O dispenser
(1) A worn out hotel needing lots of TLC.
(2)Toilet valve leaking in Room 810, It was fixed after waiting 1 whole day.
(3) Thin wall , could hear people talking at normal tone in adjacent rooms.
(4) On 21/12/23, I was asked by staff to relocate to another floor ( level 6 ), as level 8 floor had to be vacated and close for cleaning. I mentioned this to the staff on duty upon checking out. He said he didn’t know about the cleaning and will look into it. I am shocked he wasn’t aware & it’s unbelievable staff didn’t communicate with each other BUT I suspect it’s due to Covid which is currently rampant in the country.

I wasn't informed of the pest in the room until I went and reported. However, they knew and acknowledged the situation by changing my room on 3 occasions over the week.
Insects crawling over me was not a good experience. I expected them to refund me some money for my discomfort, but nobody got back to me.
But, I believe they are making progress and improving there hotels all the time. So, I hope to have a much comfortable stay in the future.
Do give them a chance as they are improving.

It is close to the LRT station which makes it easier for us to find transportation to go anywhere.
- There's cockroaches in the room. We didn't know where they came from. Luckily, the cockroaches are not that big.
- They didn't provide any electric kettle even though they provided us with instant coffee mix.
- The iron facility was very unpleasant. The iron looks old which makes it hard to use and my friend's scarf got burnt from using it. Also, the iron board cannot stand straight and they didn't even bother to put proper iron board covers on it.
- The size of the room they gave us does not worth the price.
- The bed sheets and the comforter looks dirty before we even got to use it.

This is 2nd time we were enjoyed our leisure time here. Very good, comfortable, friendly stuff. But we have to ask for Room clean service 😁.
Wash room floor always wet. Should be keep sleeper in to washroom.

The room was without window. It was not mentioned on booking. When I discussed with them, they said it is Booking.com fault.
The room was not clean, the water pipe in the toilet was broken and they did not have any chairs in the room. Even the kettle was not adequate. Not to mention electricity issues. Horrible experience!
