Good breakfast choices with hot food, comfortable beds, clean shower room.
The location is not very good, very far from the town Brno, it’s in a suburb. No shops around, just one. Nothing to see, except a church and a cemetery, within walking distance.

We came just for one night, just to sleep and next morning travel again, so it was good, comfortable for that. Free parking at the property, possible late check in.
around 10:00 in the morning we were almost the last for breakfast, so we chose only from what was left :)

dinner at the restaurant, beer was good and home made lemonade.
breakfast was very poor, and rooms have issue with hot water, also no tea ir coffee in the room.

Very clean, good breakfest, very nice and helpful personnel. Bus stop is next to the hotel, good connection to Brno. Shop is in the same building.

- really weak breakfast - at 9 am there was almost nothing to eat.. personnel don't add anything if there is lack of something
- all yoghurts on breakfast were after expiry date :(

I would say it’s a perfect hotel for transiting the country.
Also they serve very good food at the restaurant.

The staff was nice and helpful! The area is nice and quiet. The restaurant below was very nice.
The room had a strange and unpleasant smell. The bathroom was not clean and the room was untidy, with an empty plastic waterbottle in left in the corner of the room. The towel was visibly dirty and the water was warming very slowly.
