Matkan tarkoitukseen sopiva sijainti - aamiainen oli hyvä. Illallinen ok. Yhden yön pysähdystä varten sopiva.

Henkilökunta ei esitellyt sauna/kylpyosasto palveluita, samoin alennus illallisesta jäi mainitsematta, joten se jäi hyödyntämättä. Kerros, jossa majoituimme ei sovi allergikolle - tuoksu ahdisti.

Hotel is in the city center, by the river bank and near the border with Sweden. It's clean and quiet. Breakfasts are very good with huge choice of different foods.

Great location, easy access by public transportation. Very good communitacion with staff before arrival. The facilities were really good. The indoor pool was a nice bonus! Breakfast was delicious with good selection!

We stayed for a Saturday night. There was a club nearby with blasting music until 4am, which was quite annoying to sleep to. Probably if our room was located towards the other side of the hotel it would have been much better, I wish I had been warned of this and given the chance to select a quieter room.

Everything about this place was amazing, the staff, the room, the food, the security guard absolutely everything was fantastic. we arrived at 3 in the night and was helped by the hotels security and he was amazing even at 3 in the night. The staff was so helpful and made sure we had all the information needed as well as was comfortable. We had two rooms and both rooms was cleaned to perfection. Their gym/sauna/ swimming pool facilities was great as well. Breakfast was not huge but very tasty. 10/10 would recommend.

AP went down on floor 4 during last night of stay which impacted work

It was ok. The ”dark roasted coffe” tasted like water

The beds were not comfy. The room looked like it haven’t been cleaned for a while. Pretty small familyroom for a lot of money

-Swimming pool was long, great for real swimming

-they told me no plugs for car-heating available. however I realised in the morning there would have been, just did not get proper information -fee for the parking -price of the hotel is way above the quality of the hotel -Mattress was very hard and not of good quality -no wake-up function in TV -restaurant was average -very limited accesshours for the sauna&pool, why? the pool was the reason I chose this hotel so this was a bit disapponting -no real minibar on superior rooms
