The property was simply a waste of money. The room was very small and damp. The room had a very bad and weird smell. The windows did not open. There were insects in the washroom. Staff behaviour was very bad. There were sands in the bedsheet. Location is also not ideal. The private beach timings are also not convinient.

The property is providing the amenities like a very low priced one but charged a lot.

hotel is good. Food is bit expensive. Other things are okay. Good garden . Private beach is good but bit far from resort.

the cottage, the big parc, the big swimming pool, lovely chef at the kitchen and nice staff. as well, thank you to the concierge and the manager who have been very helpful. fantastic stay

1. Different rates for same room 2. Maintenance of bathroooms is not good. . W hat you see in photos and what you get are different. 3. No private beach...as they claim .you cannot go to the beach early moning for a stroll or on the evening.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. No complains about food. The staff too were good. Loved the serenity and quiet. The property does need major overhauling. Because the design is very good.

The front desk people need some major training in dealing with guests for sure. There is lack of supervision by management in overall stay of the tourist. Cleanliness was below expectation. Must mention Mr Ganguli, a senior manager did his best to make our experience better. He upgraded our rooms for better ones. His congeniality was great.

There was no food for infant in the menu. 3 days my baby ate only french fries and paratha. We all suffered from food poisioning. Got hospitalised. Had to check out one day prior to our booking date. This hotel is pathetic . Zero rating for this horrible experience.

Amenities. The water heater didn’t work as expected. Broken coffee maker. Nobody to collect the coffee related leftovers. TV didn’t work for the entire stay.

The food is amazing and staff courteous.

Their private beach is in Nuanai forest 2kms away from resort and is very secluded and scary. So, its a good wedding destination but not a good destination to enjoy private beach. Also, the resort should renovate old fittings. My flush at home is more shinier and stronger. It was not worth it what I paid to them for a night

It is good, all staff's are very cooperative and behavior is good.food quality is good and the cost of food is not expensive as per 4 star accommodation, it is cheap and quality is good.if u r taking kids with u, then they will enjoy here bcoz it has a children's park and a swimming pool.

The ambiance , room structure, bed size, bathroom, flooring etc are not up to the standards of a 4 star hotel. It is a old hotel but they should renovate it according to the modern style. When u enter here, it a simple old structure nothing new and refreshing. In my stay there, I personally think, Toshali sands requires a full renovation.

Restaurant service was extremely slow. Menu limited. Bathroom unclean had insects.

All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Specially at Bar, Anuva and Rinku.
