I was on full board but only a very limited number of items on the menu were inclusive in my booking. I had bottled water provided at dinner which the head waiter 'insisted' were included in my booking. They were not, and I had to pay 200 rupees (£4 approximately) per bottle at the end of my stay. Bit much when I only wanted a glass of water.

The only good thing about this place is the manager Kelvin who was friendly and helpful.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. First, the room was not clean, the bed sheet had brown spots and the water boiler was so dirty, it was evident that it wasn't washed at all. Two, I arrived at 9:30 am, when I got there I asked them if they had the room ready for early check in, they said yes it will be available at 10 am. I kept waiting and waiting until PAST the check in time. They didn't let me in my room until 2:40pm. So, waiting time was over 4 hours after they had told me the room was going to be ready in 30 min. Third, they had music very loud at night which kept us up. I called them and asked them to turn it down, but they wouldn't. They didn't care about the comfort of their guests and just kept the music blaring all night long downstairs. I do not recommend this hotel.

I didnt like the noisy nature and very odd manners guests always speaking very loudly and shouting in the corridor The food variety and choice could have been better in some cases.

Great location in Flic en flac, right next door to shops, pharmacy and supermarket. We also loved the fact that there were so many restaurants in a walking distance so every night we could try something new. The hotel itself is okay, the staff were nice. nice little gym on the second floor.

The hotel doesn't offer airport transfers thus we had to really negotiate prices with taxi drivers some of which were really expensive. We also had issues with payments at the hotel because their actual prices turned out much higher than the booking. com amount we had anticipated. Fortunately we had printed copy of our booking confirmation which clearly indicated the price.
