Excellent food and beautiful rooms. Spa are was very nice. Views were unparalleled and everything was extremely clean.
Service at meals was a little inconsistent, especially for getting drinks (like wine at dinner and cappuccinos in the morning). Maybe they were just a bit short staffed our first night and morning.

Hotel is located really by the ski lift and pista, it is optimal for comfortable downhill skiing. All personnel was very friendly, the evening menu was very tasty each day. Swimming pool and other wellness facilities are free, aswell as car parking. I recommend this hotel to all lovers of ski trips.

We actually had dinner the night of our stay which was excellent.
There was road construction on the road we were going to use and the hotel staff contacted us without us asking giving us an alternative road to the hotel.
The parking area was barely adequate for the number of cars belonging to the number of guests. When we were leaving the hotel, we noticed that someone had scraped the side of our rental car and didn't leave a note!! We realize that this was not the any fault of the staff, but would suggest that the parking spots might need to be more clearly designated.

We stayed here for one night and it was excellent! Although it was a bit far from restaurants in the area, they had a delicious dinner and breakfast option that was more than enough. They also have a trampoline and playground area for kids, plus a spa center. Truly a lovely experience! We were also given a free roundtrip ticket to the lift that we went to for Plose. It was great!
The room got a bit hot at one point, but we eventually cooled it down by keeping the windows open. Other than that, it was a great, beautiful hotel!

Hotel with good services: pool, fitness, small spa. The garden is nice and the restaurant is clean with good options of food.
The overall atmosphere is a bit cold, including owners and staff. With that improved, it could be more than excellent.

Amazing view!
The rooms are all designed in "Zirbenholz" a special kind of anti-allergic wood which makes the room smell like a spa. Very relaxing and perfect for a time-out in the mountains. The bathroom also had a window to see the mountains.
Wellness area is good.
Would like to come back in winter for skiing.
