Logement très spacieux pour deux. Propre et confortable. Situé dans une rue en impasse donc très calme (pas de circulation) mais néanmoins accessible pour la dépose/reprise des bagages. Situé au deuxième étage sans ascenseur mais avec un escalier assez large. Le centre ville est à 10 minutes à pied. Nous avons utilisé le parking de la gare, un peu loin (20 minutes de marche) mais avec de la disponibilité sans problème et pas trop cher (11,50 € pour 24h). Pas trop de possibilité pour le ravitaillement sur place, les supermarché sont à l'extérieur de la ville nouvelle.

Cet appartement a un super cachet, dommage qu il soit mal entretenu.

L humidité dans l appartement.
Le fait que vous vivez avec les voisins. On entend tout de ce qui se passe à côté. Aucun rideau occultant. Sèche cheveux colant, plafond qui s effrite par la moisissure. Je ne comprends pas comment on peu louer un appartement dans cet état...

The owner was so friendly & helped us to the parking lot to park our car nearby. The apartment was spacious.
The bed was too hard and things were not cleaned properly. The cupboards and crockery were dirty.

The property was a good size and had everything you needed.
It was on a quiet street. So no noise in the evening.
We were unable to use the terrace. The chairs were ripped as the stitching had perished. It was disappointing as we had picked the property for the outside space as well as the location.
There was only one mirror which was in the bathroom. This caused a delay for 4 adults getting ready to go out. A mirror in each bedroom would have helped.
No Aircon in one of the bedrooms. This could be an issue in the hotter months.

The host was exceptional - very responsive and helpful in every way. The location was also incredible - one minute walking to the Puente Nuevo, a minute walking to the main street, a minute from the Carrefour Express grocery store. The host met us at the parking garage and took some of our luggage to the apartment for us, and advised us about Halloween activities for our kids.
There is not a bathroom on the top floor so just be aware of this - not a big deal.

Had lots of amenities for cooking, oven, microwave, refridgerator. Bed was comfortable. Fab location near all the bars and shops. Owner was great, helped me get my lost luggage back!

The location was perfect in a quiet side Street close to bars and restaurants. The photographs on booking.com don't do it justice. Apartment is much better.
