The beds were firm and comfortable but that is about it.

Just a minute before arrival I was called by the host that we cannot take our room becasue the boiler was broken. They wanted to put us into a motel but we were so tired already, we did not want to go to anyother place. They gave us another room, but although this room (nr 10 on the ground floor) had a kitchenette, it had no glasses, plates, cutlery or any pots and pans, no kettle either. We wanted to have dinner inside the room as we were very tired but could not do this (this is why we chose an apartment with a kitchenette but what is the point of one cannot use it? No glasses to drink a glass of water. The owner did not respond to our requests :-( When the orher guests returned to the accommodation above us at 2:45 am, we were woken by the noise that came thru the old wooden ceiling. All the sebtences, steps were heard and the creaming noise when they moved their chairs! All 3 of us woke up and could not slepp back until they were moving upstairs :-( What a dreadful night! Bathroom floor tiles were moving so each time one of us went to the toilet at night, the others woke at the sound of stepping on it. The building itself is interesting,but was not made for a good night’s sleep with plenty others coming and going.I was not happy and was trying to get some discount but was not contacted by the host.It was way too expensive for this night spent there.

broken floor tiles bathroom light didn’t work, had to shower in the dark. 3 different wifi passwords given, none of them worked. manager said they would come but never came. literally gave us room key and left. no further contact received. basic accommodation. dark room. gloomy. no water in pool. no kettle. beds were hard. dusty.

incredible location with terrace and view on the bridge. we actually staid at Don Miguel because there was a problem with heating at Apartamentos La Ciudad.

Vivienda insalubre, frío, olor sucio y húmedo y mucha humedad. unsanitary housing, cold, musty, dirty smell and high humidity.

There were no dishes, glasses, cups or silverware which we expected in the apartment.

It was a little difficult to contact the reception to get in. A set of cooking utensils in the room itself would also be good.

At first the hotel looked to be in a good location, but it was not enough to outweigh the problems we had.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Someone broke into our room while we were out and stole our passports and electronics. When we spoke to Francisco, the hotel manager, he shouted and accused us of lying, and said that we would be charged for wasting time if we went to the police. The police arrested the people who robbed us within 2 hours. The room was also very dirty and very noisy from other guests.

No reception service and then double charged for my booking without any notification. The property is unresponsive to providing a refund despite trying for over a week to contact them.

The pool was not working. That was not good since we booked this hotel according to that.

Spacious apartment a half a mile to the famous bridge. It had a bedroom and couches and single bed in the living room. This Arrangement could easily accommodate a family or group of friends.

If you pay for breakfast you're going to hike 6 tenths of a mile to Hotel Don Miguel to get it. I tried it once and found it wasn't worth the trouble. Also the property was hard to get to. your taxi driver doesn't like to drive you to the door because it's a super narrow passageway for his Taxi. The owners weren't there to give me the keys and I had to wait for them about 20 minutes to arrive. the apartment has floor heating however it took forever to get the room warm. the floor heating wasn't functioning and I had to complain and wait for someone to come and troubleshoot the system.
