Hotel Bel Soggiorno was central or just an easy 15 walk to most tourist attractions in Genoa

The breakfast was nice very helpful staff. The location was perfect we could walk to almost every sightseeing location. The Brigonle train station is just a few minutes walk.

Great hotel - everything is very clean, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast has great variety, very good value, central location.

The staff were really helpful and friendly from the beginning. He gave us a discount card for the parking lot, so we paid 20% less than the usual cost. The location was great, just in the middle of the shopping district of Genova.

The only problem we encountered during our stay was the parking lot's "smallness". We have a big car (like a Jeep) not like a truck, but still, the entrance and the exit of the parking lot were a horror for us. On the first day, unfortunately, we even had a scratch on the back door of our car while trying to enter.

Accommodation, quiet environment , room facilities

There are not enough parking spaces for hotel guests. So we were forced to look for parking somewhere outside the hotel.

Excellent location within the city center and walking distance to the main railway station. Just next to market with a good food court with reasonable prices.

The hotel is located on the 1st floor in a large building with other apartments above. The main door is locked after a certain time in the evening. Would suggest that a large notice should be put up at the reception desk and remind guests to obtain a key for the door access to prevent being locked out in the night.

Great location. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom.Very clean. Easy to find. We'll designed rooms.

Staff was professional but not that friendly. It wasn't clear to us if breakfast cost extra or was included, but we ended up skipping it because the dining area was small and very crowded. Because of concerns about Covid, we didn't feel comfortable eating there.
