We travelling a lot via Polnad and Klub Sosnowy is our favorite place. The check in was the fastest I've ever had. Klub Sosnowy has vey good restaurant. The breakfast is like 5 star, lots of choices. And in the evening you can relax in sauna and pool.

The room was very big and looked very clean and fresh. I liked the location, also the pool and hot tub were really nice

The children playgrounf outside could be refreshed a bit, some of the things there were broken and dirty

I ordered a tea into my room, and receptionist ask me to go to Cafe, where they gave me a teapot and two caps to take them into my room, that is in another building. More over I don't look like a have three hands to take all items by myself... This is all you need to know about room service they provide. Useful info: Rooms are in separate building from SPA section, so if you want to visit this place because of spa, please, take it into account, as it might be uncomfortable to walk back into room after pool when temperature around zero. There is no kettle in the room, and, as I mentioned above, having a tea or coffee is real challenge. TV are not connected to internet,so don't expect to watch your favorite Netflix or YouTube

Excellent location in a forest which is giving a peace of mind. Thanks to this location but also facilities like pool, saunas, jacuzzi You can rest and chill here perfectly after busy days. Will definitely go back here.

The rooms were clean and tidy and had a large TV that could connect to Netflix. The breakfast and cleaning staff were very helpful. Yuo also have use of a swimming pool. The hotel is located in a pine forest, so very peaceful and quiet

We were only informed of the 100 Zloty per day charge for pets at check in. This therefore not a pet friendly hotel as the charge is too much. The hotel is therefore very poor value when you have to add 25% to the room price for bringing a pet. THe reception staff were very unhelpful concerning this issue, and was just told it was hotel policy. When I asked later for a copy of the invoice for this charge, I was told they could not print out a copy after I had checked in. I wanted a copy of the invoice as I have raised a dispute with booking.com. The Spa area is very run down, and the jacuzzi was barely working. The changing rooms need to be urgently updated. The internet connection in our room was very poor. If you are travelling with a pet or want to use a spa, I would avoid this hotel. I will not be returning

Lovely hotel, with an amazing forest. The place has charm, has style, and the breakfast was exceptional.

breakfast was really great. the location was fine although far from the city center. the pool was also nice.

there were multiple parties while we were at the hotel. service was under pressure, almost not reachable. the room was not clean- there was a garbage in the desk drawer.

The hotel is located in a pine forest and provides the perfect venue for company events, picnics and weddings.

Everything was nice

Some problems with a not impeccable toilet bowl on the outside rim and the first room they gave me was supposed to be done. Some issues with the cleaning staff to be sorted out before it becomes a problem I still rate the experience 9/10. But a heads up to all the staff because I love this hotel I go there everytime I am in Warsaw.

I didn’t know the driveway gate closes at night. It complicated a visit I had been expecting.
