Property was situated in a nice location. Roof top pool was nice and there was a sauna and gym which was useful.

The room was smaller than expected. The shower was good but designed poorly which resulted in water going everywhere from the shower.

the bed was hard as a rock, didn't sleep for 2 nights . the spa is a joke. the massage was a money grab, person was not a message therapist, had no clue what to do, was of money and time. would not recommend ever! mentioned to front desk at check out and I was ignored

Perfect location, loved the heated rooftop pool and very comfortable bed.

Gym wasn’t up to much however the rooftop area by the pool was totally empty in the morning so used that to exercise. one of the best workout views ever!

The bar down stairs near the foyer was closed the entire time l, being a solo traveller I wanted this so I could have a casual drink as night, my only other option was the restaurant or to venture out. I didn't comfortable to venture out at night on my own.

Good service with friendly personnel. Clean comfortable room, with fabulous view overlooking the sea with Old Town in the background. Large lobby with large comfy sofas! Breakfast was a little disappointing, with not much of a selection to choose from. Couldn't make any sense out of Room Service….needs improvement.

They were super nice and the place was very clean. Good AC too. Could be colder though.

The mattress could be more comfortable. For the king bed it was like two mattresses put together and we felt it move and slide.

Art Deco decor was so lovely. the blues everywhere just made the sea seem endless.

the reception staff don’t have customer service above an 8. they’re a 7.

Not a five stars hotel. in the restaurant, the staff is not very pleasant, with a few exceptions. The rooms were cleaned, but the sheets were not changed, the room was not vacuumed, the floor was not washed, the hotel hallway in front of the rooms was not clean. I constantly found hairs on the floor and in the bathroom after cleaning, probably from the cleaning staff. There was no bathtub in the bathroom, and the shower cabin was not sealed - water came out in the bathroom every time the shower was used The window of the room was towards a closed space - the view from the window was towards other rooms of the hotel.

The breakfast had a lot to choose from and was delicious. Location excellent.

This was our fourth stay, and if anything, it was even better than previous stays. The staff were especially helpful, and the hotel appeared to have been updated further. Great location beside the sea, and an easy walk into town
