shower cubicle too small, and I did burn on the tap with my back as it was extremely hot to touch in the shower breakfast was a little disappointing as you couldn’t order poached eggs or bacon no air conditioner in the room

Was easier to find.

Bed Matratze was uncomfortabel, they put two single Matratze in a together bed , was moving much during sleeping.

The best thing about the hotel were the employees they were very nice! The look of the hotel was also very nice. Great for a short work trip, not for “vacations”.

There were silverfish in the shower, And we found a contactlens in the bed. Also, when the light came into the room we noticed a lot of dust flowing in the are when you would touch the sheet. A bit is normal maybe, but it was excessive, as if the sheets has not been renewed before our stay. Breakfast was basic.

The personal were very kind. The room was clean, the breakfast was good.

The space in front of the toilets (actually there was no space!!) The beds weren't good, the matresss and the covers. The noise from the other rooms was too loud.

Quiet street but noisy corridor.

Before the reservation , I called the hotel to get confirmation about two seperate beds in room and they gave confirmation and I booked the hotel accordingly. When we arrived , the recepcionist said that there are two beds in a room but I should split the beds. And I stated that it is not my responsibility, I got confirmation for this issue before booking. He said that you should to do this, he cannot do it and there is no other service personell to do it. I am not service personell of this hotel. I have never heard or seen done this things by customers before. Additionally, I got confirmation before booking and state as special notes. If customer makes this, what hotel personel will do ?? Receptionist has no idea about how a hotel give a service. We are extremely unsatisfied about the attitute of hotel personell. The room is very small and tringle shape which is unfunctional. The restroom is extremely small too. There is no elevators for upper floors and you have to carry your luggage with using stairs. I tried to cancel my reservation when we experienced these situations, unfortunetly, I couldnt cancel it and we had to stay in here. But, never ever!
