strategic location, ample space,

the driveway (ramp) between floor at carparking area are kind of narrow

Strategic location. Room was very big.

Old room. Bathroom not clean and has stain. Bedsheet not clean.

The room smell fish and the bed cover smelling like they not chnge

I lforgot some of my things inside the room,including my sim card,I call them ,voice from other line say ok mam I will call u back if the cleaner arrive here at 9am,twice I call them twice also they say the same words..till now,then suddenly have notif to my CIMB Bank that using different phone to download app..means somebody trying to download cimb click on other phone.. I go around Malaysia this hotel only no action if u call them about like this situation ...

Upon checking in into room 1532, room wasn't clean actually (rubbish not cleared, towel not replaced, bedsheets not changed, toiletries n coffee items n water bottle none. But thumb up to HOUSEKEEPING TEAM for quickly stepping up n doing it within minutes. Room was ambient, very comfortable n clean. Lift was prompt n functioned well.

Swimming pool was terrible, sorry to say. Changing room in unkept condition, things n tools lying here n there. Tiles around the swimming pool even had ingrown plants/ moss, not washed. The chairs were dusty.

The breakfast is good.

Nothing

No meal.ciffe and tea..very sad
