Ich war schon öfter in diesem Hotel es liegt ziemlich weit außerhalb des Stadtzentrums aber dafür in angenehm ruhiger Lage.
Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer und Anlage liebevoll gepflegt und sauber...der Swimmingpool wird auch mal mit frischem Wasser versorgt und regelmäßig das Wasser gereinigt und geprüft.
An der Rezeption können Ausflüge gebucht werden ,welche vom Hotel starten.
Die Frühstückszeit ist mir bis 10Uhr im Urlaub zu kurz.
Im Restaurant im Resortbereich ist es abends sehr laut und kaum eine Unterhaltung möglich...die Mitarbeiter eher "pole-pole"....das Essen war gegenüber meinem letzten Besuch leider nicht zu empfehlen...schade aber ich konnte darüber mit dem Manager sprechen und denke es wurde auch ernst genommen.
Der Resortbereich liegt direkt am Meer ..Naturstrand aber zum Schwimmen nicht unbedingt geeignet...es wird viel angeschwemmt...dann lieber mit dem Boot vor Ort zur Insel übersetzen...das lohnt sich und der Preis ist angemessen

le petit déjeuner était tout simplement en dessous du standing que l’hôtel souhaite arborer. Très peu de choix et on avait l’impression que tout était rationné. Nous avons mangé la même chose pendant 3 jours.

The mattress need a little bit upgrade. Otherwise, the rooms are big and it's comfortable. Mosquito at night, if you're outside yeah, you're definite mosquito repellent

Booked this hotel as a peaceful start to our holiday but building work was taking place throughout our stay making relaxation difficult. Also the Pool was full of bugs and I did not witness anyone clean it during our stay.

Unfortunately on seaside part of the premises which is open for all entering this location, is lots of action going on which hurts guests valuables, but this happens in every beach area of the world.

The pool (for hotel guests) is very nice! The island with the pristine beach was a highlight - highly recommended (but remember to bring towels!!). The wifi worked well and the rooms are quiet - perfect for a good night's rest.
The breakfast was not great. The bathrooms were not too clean and the linen was old. The public facilities (the other pools which are in another section of the resort) get pretty crowded with people who are not staying at the hotel and the boat trip to get to the pristine beach/island is a bit dodgy.

The treatment we got from the staff, management and security made our family feel at home. The food was nice. The children activities and games were fantastic, my children cannot wait to come back.
There was nothing not to like. The children's play area needs a bit of of attention especially the area where the swings are, they are becoming rusty they need to be spray painted just to keep our place sparkling. I liked the fact that there was always someone monitoring the children.

I had a pleasant stay! I decided to extend the visit. A great place to rest and recharge just by the beach. The chef made delicious food. Fantastic value for your money Highly recommended.

One part of the hotel is on the seaside, with nice beach
Did not like it that you had to wear a paper bracelet, like as if you are in an all inclusive hotel. The management wasn’t so friendly.

There was not much I didn't like.I would ask if they would extend the bar hours as sometimes people come in late and need a drink and are very thirsty after a very long day.So maybe extend to 12.30am

(1) Breakfast was okay but was not happy since they did not inform me that my companion had to pay when we had finished eating and was about to check out.
(2) had paid for a balcony with a beach view yet the hotel has no beach view

The beach was beautiful and the food was nice! Also the room was good air-co’ed :)
The wifi/electricity sometimes went off. Also the staff walked around early in the morning and woke us up because they were being noisy.
