The location of the property is perfect and employees are so courteous. Morning breakfast was so tasty and on time. Completely covered with CCTV and it is so safe.
There was no power backup!

Room was spacious and located at centre of city..
Bugs on bed,unwashed and fungal spreaded quilt was there...TV dint work...dint even clean the dinning tables..no power backup suffered with baby n my girl in midnight nearly one hour...worst experience..

Geyser was not working in one room and basic stuff which should have been kept there was being provided only on request

Breakfast - Okay.
One of the wash rooms we used had foul smell. It would be better to keep Harpic in the wash room, so that the Guests staying in the serviced apartment can use it, without waiting for the cleaning staff.

The manager is the best person Mr. Subramaniam he helped us a lot while coming back into Kolkata leaving their apartment sree devi niwas Chennai my dad forgot to bring his costly mobile but this gentlemen is a great person we called him on that very day while in airport he said not to worry as he did send the mobile with fastest courier bluedart and we recieved our dad's
precious phone on the next very day...the services were too good i must say excellent neat and clean rooms everyone helped us a lot.. if we would visit Chennai again in future no other option would arise into our mind as we will choose only Sree devi niwas only for this gentleman Mr subramaniam we are grateful as he gave us travellers number even my father was having problem in giving blood on the next very day when we visited Chennai Apollo main hospital graems road he even quarrel for us as he wanted the blood to be taken from the apartment instead of visiting the main Apollo ....as we live in Kolkata general do have the facility of collecting blood at home anyways he did the best on his ground .. As we said visiting Chennai means have to stay on this particular apartment due to the cordial behaviour of everyone. Thank you so much again.

Clean , new property with refrigerator, Kettle, Washing machine etc.
Booking.com, you have to rectify on your site regarding breakfast. No such facilities is provided as it is a serviced apartment. However Mr Bala did arranged same but no free breakfast available for genius members !

The host were helpful, they guided us booking Auto and Taxi's for us, the staff was cordial.
Breakfast timing could have been better, A dining hall would have been ideal.

Cleanliness, staff behaviour and friendliness nature .as we travelled from other city and reached mid night but they helped us for late check-in as well.
