Location was good

The house was extremely dirty very poor standard of cleaning, glass on floors and paths, No response when pictures shown Mould on kitchen table, on bathrooms floors, sticky and dirty, poor attention to detail. Would have expected cleaner, especially in Covid times.

Great for families, nice maintained quiet place great for internet and tv. Really handy for the cinema and if it was normal times kids indoor play zone area would be open at the nearby shopping centre, , Lots of eating places and shopping within walking distance. And only a few kilometres to the city centre.

Nothing, i enjoyed my stay.

Oven didnt work

Had to move after 1st night as house was dirty and unsafe. Feet stuck to the floor when we arrived and the bannisters on the stairs were falling apart. Broken glass all over the kitchen floor. Very unsafe for my 2 small kids.

Excellent set up, nice apartment, good lication, very friendly staff.

High noise level: students tend to party a lot and late outside the apartment. Internal doors in the apartment always close with a loud bang.

This house was incredibly situated, close to a variety of shops and takeaway restaurants and close to a lot of the night life on offer in Galway. The house was clean on arrival and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The facilities on offer were ideal, alongside the property’s location all at such a great price added up to create an excellent summer holiday for my friends and I. Would 100% go back and definitely recommend to any group heading to Galway for however long your stay may be.

The single beds in the house were not very comfortable however I have no complaints as this was only a minor inconvenience and the rest was great.

Great location and property was clean and had all facilities.

House party on second night in adjoining house which was still going on at 5.30am. Called security but not on site and ended up calling gardai in order to stop the noise While towels were changed after I called on Wednesday to report the noise on the previous night they would not have been replaced otherwise.

The accommodation was convenient to city centre, only 15 - 20 minutes walk

The beds were very uncomfortable and pillows flat. I had to purchase extra pillows to try to make it more comfortable to sleep. We had neighbours in an adjoining flat who had a party after returning from a night out. The loud music singing and dancing started around 3.00am to 6.00am and then continued outside until 730am. It is student accommodation so have to expect some noise etc but maybe not great if you have small kids.
