Charming Balcony Apartment Overlooking Recoleta Park
Se ha prestado gran atención a este apartamento recientemente renovado para optimizar el encanto, la luz y el espacio. Los pisos de mármol se extienden hasta el gran balcón que puede acomodar cómodamente a cuatro personas sentadas al sol de la tarde y de la tarde. El salón disfruta de las mismas vistas con un gran sofá cómodo y tres sillones diseñados por osvaldo borsani. Hay un televisor Sony de 40 pulgadas con unos 60 canales, varios en inglés. La mesa de comedor fue diseñada por Norman Foster y las sillas de Phillipe Starck. Grandes puertas dobles se abren a las vistas del parque con la iglesia pilar en el fondo.
La luminosa cocina cuenta con todas las comodidades modernas, como lavavajillas, lavadora y encimera de Corian ... Y vistas hacia el encantador café la biela.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cómoda cama queen size, mucho espacio de almacenamiento y un baño privado con un lavabo doble muy especial de diseño italiano, retrete suspendido y bidet, así como baño y ducha multifacética ... Con una ventana muy grande y luminosa orientada al sur, también al parque.
El segundo dormitorio tiene gemelos que podrían juntarse y también mucho espacio para la ropa. Cada habitación tiene una caja fuerte para sus pasaportes y dinero en efectivo, y ambas tienen una vista encantadora del parque. El segundo baño tiene una ducha tipo lluvia, lavabo y retrete diseñados.
Hay aire acondicionado en todas partes, incluso en la cocina.
El edificio cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas.
El apartamento se adaptaría muy bien a una familia de cuatro o quizás a una pareja que quiera un poco más de espacio.

La ubicación y la situación son simplemente increíbles. Este es el corazón de la recoleta, ¿quizás el mejor vecindario de América del Sur? El famoso café bar la biela está cruzando la calle, el hotel alvear palace está a 2 cuadras, el centro comercial Recoleta Village con tiendas y cines también está a 2 cuadras. Hay una docena de bares y restaurantes agradables muy cerca e incluso más tiendas, en su mayoría elegantes. Un muy buen supermercado está a 2½ cuadras de distancia. Una oficina de turismo de buenos aires está al otro lado de la calle, al igual que una parada de taxis. Hay cuatro heladerías a menos de 100 yardas.

Apartment was just as described. Our flight was early getting in and Carlos let us do an early check in. The location is perfect. Close to restaurants, shopping and of course the famous park. It has a beautiful view, we loved sitting on the balcony and watching everyone. I read one reviewer who commented about noise but with the windows closed we never heard anything.
The apartment was spotless and well appointed. It also has a doorman. Would definitely stay again!

This condo is 100% perfect, location, service and management (Carlos is excellent, so helpful) It is even better than described, if you are coming to Buenos the first time this is the only part of town you will want to stay. It's no nice i extended our stay for a week.

Carlos' apartment was the perfect home base for our stay in Buenos Aires. The Recoleta neighborhood was very enjoyable and accessible to all of the activities we had planned throughout the city and beyond. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed - Carlos even met us upon check-in to show us how things worked and provided some helpful tips. There is a great grocery store a couple blocks away (Disco) that will have everything you will need, and more. The weekend art fair in the plaza across the street was enjoyable, and there are many excellent restaurants within a short walk. The tourist bus makes a stop on the block, there is a taxi rand across the street, and you can easily walk to the Palermo and Retiro neighborhoods if you prefer. We truly enjoyed the comfort and space Carlos' apartment provided, and we look forward to returning again in the future!!

The location is really convenient and walkable. I will say that it can be a little noisy at night and early mornings on weekends when they are setting up the tents for the market or putting away tables and chair in the restaurant below. Having a concierge and a locked building is a plus and allowed us to feel safe.

This property is right next to a park which almost always had live music performances. There are many cafes and shops near by, so the location was great! All of the rooms and beds were very comfortable. Beautiful balcony overlooking the park too.

The apartment and the views are even better than the photos. Communication with the property manager was easy and replies were prompt. The apartment was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. All kitchen amenities were supplied.

Ideally placed to explore this lovely city. We visited and enjoyed some lovely restaurants and tourist spots. Carlos was an ideal host, not seen but always immediately responsive to any request. His local advice was invaluable and so appreciated. Would not hesitate in staying in the future .

The property was as advertised and is in a great location. Carlos was an amazing host.
The only issue is the noise level on the weekend if you are a light sleeper. The 2nd bathroom is a little small but that's not a big deal.
You will enjoy your stay and the proximity to everything.

Apartment exactly as advertised. Could not pick a better location in BA. Walk to everything. Host was extremely attentive. Everything worked, no surprises.
Only thing to note is it does get noisy in recoletta park on Friday-Sunday night. If you are a light sleeper pack some earplugs.

Not only two bathrooms, but separately-controlled air conditioning units in EACH room (including bedrooms, living room and kitchen, but not bathrooms). PERFECT LOCATION, WORLD CLASS VIEW
This was my first trip to South America. Buenos Aires was fantastic, and this is the perfect place to stay. It is adjacent to, and has an amazing view of, Ricoleta Park, and the Eighteenth Century church at the opposite side.

The apartment is in a great, safe location, very comfortable and an easy walk to almost everything in BA. We're actually returning to Carlos's apartment again after a few weeks in Patagonia and look forward to being in our "home away from home" for a month.

great place in Recoleta
We had a very nice time in Carlos' apartment. The location is great for exploring Buenos Aires - very convenient for buses, subways, and walking. The apartment itself is sunny with lots of windows and had everything we needed.

Nuestro vuelo se atrasó, nos esperó con todo su encanto hasta las 3 de la mañana, el departamento superó la expectativas, el mejor lugar de Bs. This Apartment is a Real Treat *****
This is the third time in five years we stayed at this excellent apartment in Recoleta. There are three things one wants in a great place: location, aspect, comfort. The location is outstanding in the middle of Recoleta – perhaps the best neighbourhood in South America. There are a few dozen very local, pleasant place to eat and imbibe at from La Biela Café across the street to the roof-top bar at the Alvear Palace hotel two blocks away. The aspect of overlooking Recoleta Park with the west facing balcony is magnificent with windows on two sides. For comfort everything you want is here from a teapot to a 70 station large television…. Comfortable furniture… comfortable beds.

Great apartment. Pictures accurate. Can get a little noisy especially at the weekend when setting up market for the weekend. Location was great. We were 4 people and only got 1 bath towel each for one week. When I called they arranged more clean towels.

What can you say besides simple and amazing!
This place is simple, very clean, modern, and look at this view! The small porch overlooks an amazing park, you can see the famous cemetery, church and people watch while you drink your morning coffee in the sun!
MANY things to see are in walking distance and if not just hop in a cab or the tour bus right in front of the apartment.
Cook some of your own meals or go out to eat the possibilities are endless.
The owner is a very nice man, You'll spend about 30 mins with him as he makes you feel right at home and then off you go exploring...
If I ever go back i will stay here again for sure! VERY pleased!

Perfect location and comfortable apartment
The apartment is perfect for two friends that like a bit of privacy as well as a common area. We love the balcony which became our nightly location to enjoy a glass of wine. The location could not be better and we walked most places or grabbed a taxi downstairs. It was a very enjoyable week in Buenos Aires and we realized each day that we were staying in the best part of the city.

Great location with wonderful views.
All was wonderful with our holiday stay at Carlo's apartment. It is centerally located and near all the "must sees" in BA. The neighborhood is upscale and in the best part of the city. The pics clearly respersent the apartment; it was well maintained; and Carlos was readily available, if needed. I do recommend this apartment for your next visit to BA.

Perfect position and an uplifting view
Three New Zealanders enjoyed a winter visit to BA, even on grey days after visiting another interesting and grand location we could sit back and watch the activity in the park from our warm eyrie. Carlos was very welcoming, the apartment was so well located to everything.

Superb in all respects, incredible view & location
The location of, and view from, this apartment are absolutely phenomenal. My stay was for over 3 weeks and I could not have been happier. The apartment is upscale, well furnished, comfortable, perfectly located with a view that is stunning. The owner Carlos is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I am a retiree from New Orleans and I visit Buenos Aires, my favorite foreign city, every year. Of the many apartments where I have stayed, this was the best ever! It is within easy walking distance of many of the finest shops and some of the best restaurants in the city.
A supermarket is with 2 1/2 blocks away and if you want to go elsewhere in the city, It is always easy to get a taxi or an Uber. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee or breakfast or having wine or cocktails in the evening. The layout of the apartment is excellent and the kitchen is well equipped. The build has a doorman and two well working elevators. While you enter from Av. Quintana, the living rooms, bedrooms, and balcony face the plaza in front of Iglesia de Pilar. What a view!!! What a location!!!

This is a Fabulous Place!
We returned to this most excellent apartment having first stayed here three years ago. It remains a treat. The west facing balcony overlooking the park and the Pilar church is a delight any time of day. The rooms are all elegantly furnished and well proportioned. The main bathroom has the rare benefit of a window, that overlooks our favourite café / bar La Biela. There are well placed mirrors in most rooms.
The immediate neighbourhood – Recoleta – is the most elegant in all of Argentina, let alone BsAs. There is an abundance of eating, drinking, up-market shopping and grocery shopping in the area.
With the taxi rank across the street, and taxis being so reasonable, one can easily get to Palermo, San Telmo and the centre.
Carlos, the architect, who owns this apartment is most charming, helpful and easy to deal with. We told him we wanted to buy an engraved brass plaque and he did a lot of research to guide us to the right shop.
On location, situation, facilities and ease of administration and value we would give this a very high recommendation.

Beautiful apartment with superb view. Doesn`t get much better in BUE
The unit is freshly renovated with Italian taste in floors, lamps and some chairs.
It is clean and quite silent.
The location and view are one of the best you can get in Buenos Aires.
It is across the street of the famous café La Biela and overlooks the entrance to the also renowned cemetery Recoleta. the whole area is very nice and has cops everywhere making it pretty safe.
The owner, Carlos Croci, is a very pleasant gentleman with whom it is nice to deal. We have rented several units during these years and this is by far the best.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
We just came back from a week in Buenos Aires where we stayed in Carlos' great apartment in Recoleta. It is perfectly situated and when I say perfectly I mean ideally! The view is splendid on the park and the Recoleta Church. Renown Café Biela is just across the street and the very nice Panera Rosa restaurant is downstairs. Recoleta Cemetery's entrance is left of the Church. The Recoleta mall one block away is top of the line with great stores and good restaurants. On the 3rd floor there is a money exchange service. A large supermarket is also a block down from the apartment. Recoleta is a beautiful area of the city, very safe, with access to large parks, museums, restaurants and cafes. The building has 24h security and a doorman. The apartment is well equipped, air-conditioned,modern and very clean. There are safes in both bedrooms. The balcony is where you watch the world go by. In the evenings there was guitar music in the park and there is an artisanal fair every weekend there. we used the taxi stand downstairs to go to Palermo and San Telmo. We also walked from the apartment to the parks in Palermo including the Japanese Gardens, to San Telmo and to the center. I would definitely stay there again. We found Recoleta the best area to enjoy the city and Carlos' apartment made our stay so enjoyable! Carlos is a charming and engaging host and he is easily reachable at all times. He also arranged our ride back to the airport in the middle of the night at a very reasonable price.
