The lady running the place is very nice, she even took me to the bus station when I was leaving. The apartment is very rustic with a lot of wood and character.

The apartment is not well insulated for the winter. The wind blows in through the sides of the doors and it was cold a lot of the time.

Mrs Elcira, though she didn’t speak English, tried her level best to help us. She even came to collect us at the bus station, and took us there when we left. It was good that we had her contact number as there was an electricity outage in the city and the alarm went off - we didn’t know what to do, so it was reassuring that she came immediately to help us. The owner also responded quickly.

It would have helped to have been told about the proposed electricity outage prior to it happening, since others seem to have had prior knowledge of it.
