Das Familienzimmer ist außergewöhnlich groß, trotz Aufbettung gab es noch eine zusätzliche Couch und Sessel. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr groß. Das Frühstück war super, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gab sogar ein Kinderbuffet und einen einen Spielraum (Konferenzraum mit Spielsachen und mit Hüpfburg).
Die Lage ist ok, mit dem Auto benötigt man 10 min ins Stadtzentrum. Auch ein Bus würde direkt vor der Tür fahren. Allerdings war es bei uns so, dass das Busticket für die Zeit mehr gekostet hätte als das Parkticket.

We were informed about free car parking available under our reservation. Receptionist directed us to nearby underground car park where we left our car for 2 days. At the check-out we were informed about outstanding fee for parking. Some miscommunication on the way happened and staff member did not want to admit it was hotel's fault and apologise for misleading and incorrect information given on check in

The room was spacious, and the facilities provided were excellent. Cleanliness was a big plus!
The corridors were a bit noisy, and the breakfast options should change time to time.

Breakfast was good, and had a variety of food. Probably the layout of the buffet and coffee machines is not ideal, as the hotel is big and there are a lot of guests eating and wanting to grab a cup of coffee, hence there was a queue just to get to the coffee machine.
The hotel is adjacent to the arena and was preparing for a big conference, when we arrived everything was fenced, there was a building site inside a hotel as they did place for reception and participants log in area. Didn't look inviting and the first thought was that hotel is closed.
Parking is a bit too far away and you need to pay for it.
Also, my mistake not checking before booking, but I thought this size hotel will have SPA or at least swiming pool.

We received a wine bottle as amenity (at least that’s what we thought as it was
next to the tea and no price list anywhere in the room). We ended up paying 23€ for it.
The items in the Minibar also had no price list to be found. - a bit intransparent.
