Good location and comfortable room

Gave laundry to be washed by the hotel and all clothes were ruined, all ended up with a red mark of the detergent which does not go off. Told issue to hotel managment who only offered 30% of the laundry cost at first. After all the persistence and arguing we ended up getting full refund of the laundry but all clothes were still ruined. So definitely not satisfied with the service and approach by hotel. Definitely do not recommed washing clothes there.

Beautiful location, lovely rooms and service. It was a nice experience. Even you get all restaurants and food nearby. Its close to Han River as well

Splendid hotel with all the amenities of a more expensive accommodation. Rooms are well-appointed offering wonderful views of the Da Nang downtown skyline. Staff is incredibly attentive and helpful, in my case Hien and Trinh at the front desk especially, but all the staff were eager to make my stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible. Rooms are super well-insulated, thus the hotel is a great place for peace and quiet, even though there's a thriving downtown filled with restaurants and shopping just outside. Wi fi is great, as is the spacious bathroom, comfy beds, I could go on. This is just a great value and wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend!

Very spacious and clean, excellent location, good food and coffee close by

The entire bathroom floor gets wet when the shower is used - water doesn’t drain away quickly. I was worried that I’d flooded the bathroom but wasn’t sure how. It would be helpful if this was explained so any clothes or mats placed on the floor don’t get soaked.

It would be useful to include a shower with the bath in the toilet.

Staying in the executive suite was like staying in a really fancy Vietnamese grandma's house. 15 years ago this room would have been absolute premium. There is so much space (two bathrooms!) with a huge bed. The views were great too. We actually saw the dragon bridge breathing fire while we were lying in bed. The location is great and very central. Lots of good restaurants nearby and Cho Han is a close walk.

The room has been stripped of all but the most basic amenities. i.e. the kitchen only had a kettle and there was no soap etc. However, it was immaculately clean.

they made me pay twice for something I had already paid for, and made me miss my flight. they are the worst, and I wouldn’t recommend them. keep your receipt with them.
