The apartment has a great view, it’s clean and the host is very kind. great value for money.
it was not an issue for myself, but I can believe that for a lot of people the access must be quite challenging. I have a good physical condition, but that didn’t spare me from getting upstairs every time covered in sweat after the long way up

The place was truly amazing. From the moment I stepped foot into the apartment, I was stunned by the view. The facility was so clean and cozy. I arrived at 12 am, and not only did Zrinka, the lovely host, wait for me to make sure my check in was smooth, she took the time to explain everything, showed me directions for essentials on the map and even recommended places to go. I am a solo traveler and she was my main guide. She was extremely helpful from start to finish and very friendly and welcoming. If I return to Dubrovnik, I will definitely come back to this property.
Nothing. Stairs might be a problem for some people, but that's all of Dubrovnik! And for me it wasn't an issue at all.

Superb location with the best view over Dubrovnik.
We got great help by the owner with our luggage to carry up 103 steps.
We got free late checkout for 2 hours.
Although we got great info about the location, it was a bit hard for us to walk so many steps.

Lady was really nice and helpful especially during checkout. No haste.
Google didn't help me on how to reach to the place. I sent message to the property, but they also didn’t reply. So, I've to walk for 1hour up-and-down. Later on found out that there were buses that google never tells. I was expecting this from the property.

The host was wonderful. Anna assisted us tremendously. The recommendation to take a taxi to the location should be heeded. The stairs from Ploce gate via the airport shuttle was a lot and we only had to carry back packs.
The view was amazing and made the stairs worth it.
The stairs wasn't so bad from the road way, but was difficult for me, who isn't a very active person.

The location was up about 80 steps from the road. This was a struggle for me and would be impossible for someone with disabilities. As this was self-catering the only supermarket was a 15 minute walk away and there were no places to have a meal nearby. The advertisement should specify that this accomodation is on a hill.

great property!! truly enjoyed my stay here on my first solo trip. space is roomy and clean. perfect kitchen for simple meals. the view did not get old!! was amazing to wake up each morning looking over old town. as many reviews have mentioned, Dubrovnik has a lot of stairs. and with great views come many stairs! I do think it is good to note that this would not be a place to stay if you are not comfortable walking up/down 400+ stairs. definitely work off dinner by the time you reach the apartment!

The walk to the hotel is quite a climb, 426 stairs to be exact! Not suitable for anyone who isn’t fit and healthy

Very nice apartments with stunning view and a warm and helpful host! Our apartment was clean and cosy and had a little kitchen: we cooked twice. Supermarket is in walking distance. Would definitely come back!
Honestly everything was really good! I would only recommend to be aware that this amazing view does come by the price of 300 stairs or so...

The balcony and view were exceptional. The room was basic but had everything you needed. Shower was great and all very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful
It was up many stairs but hey, it's Dubrovnik! That's expected. To be precise however there are 100 steps to the nearest road, so even if you get a taxi from the old town the minimum you need to walk is 100 steps. From the guest house to the old town gate it's around 350 steps in total

i know it already from privious review saying stairs. but it's really worth it with the stunning view from the balcony .
it's alos quiet neighbor compare to old town. so you get to enjoy the quiet and stunning view in Dubrovnik.
Zrinka is a great host and very helpful for all information i need. def recommand here.
i would come back again.
finding the free parking is not easy in tee neighbor if you travel by car.

The host is very kind and helpful. The view is breathtaking. In general, everything was perfect. Everywhere in Dubrovnik there are a lot of stairs, so no one should complain about that here:)

The view from this apartment was incredible! Very close to the old town. The host was very welcoming and gave us some great tips for our trip.

Zrinka was a lovely host, super friendly and very helpful. The room was great, really clean and the view was immense. Really incredible to wake up to that every morning and sit and enjoy a drink in the evening looking over the old town. Yes there are about 400 steps to get up from the old town to the property which is hard work in the heat but it’s got to be done to enjoy the view. Fine for us for a few days but if you were to stay a week there it might become abit much!
I would fully recommend to stay here. Dubrovnik is beautiful and the accommodation was perfect.
Not much! The steps probably but that can’t be helped. If you want the best view from your room then that is the sacrifice! Worth it for sure.

the location is amazing. the view from the balcony is really nice. the owner Zrinka is really kind. she let us check in early and let us used the bathroom after we have checked out (we went to the beach)

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking - sitting on the balcony watching the Old Town was incredible. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had an amazing time and had everything we needed.
The only negative thing about the property….which the incredible view comes at the cost of…we the number of steps to reach it from the Old Town. we did see other comments about this but took them with a pinch of salt….but there are 440 steps to climb up each time you do (20mins) so you would need to be fairly fit for this.

Beautiful room overlooking the sea and Dubrovnik City Wall. Very clean room, welcome drinks from the host. Zrinka is very kind helpful and accommodating. Has a lovely terrace where you can have your food while looking at the sea, the cruises /boats passing by. Will love stay again.
