this finca is lovely, food was good but limited menu.
The disorganization and costumer services of the ladies in charge in the morning and at the time of check-out had a very bad attitude.
We arrived at the hotel late at night and the persona in charge did not have or reservation. the hotel manager forgot to inform the hotel staff and add our name, room are not ready, the internet was down and had to wait hours to the general manager to resolve this issue and give us access.

This Finca was just what we wanted, we had a great family getaway before heading to Cartagena. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it.

The view and the seclusion were ok. The food was good but the service left to be desired. The menu is limited so dont be late for breakfast
The place has no AC and the windows are in such a way that you can't leave them open at night. Didn't feel safe to open. We were close to the pool and it was very loud.
The road leading to it is in need of repair.
