The view was amazing and the room had everything to make you comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would book again!

The staff was really great. They were great at accommodating our large car. The view is spectacular. The breakfast offered several options which was nice.

Unfortunately they are expanding so there is currently construction going on that partially obstructed the view. The towels were old and thin. Our “standard” room did not have a view. We had one frosted window that opened to a wall.

Not good value for money considering the rate they charge you for Colombia. Rooms need refurbishment and proper cleaning.

We stayed in an amazing room with the most beautiful view (with jacuzzi). The jacuzzi is not the most comfortable but the views from balcony are astonishing. We were offered breakfast in the room and we enjoyed the views from our room. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill near the mirador de Salento with same views. The owner helped us organise a bike tour and gave us restaurant recommendations and couldn't be more helpful.

The room was only available one night! Wished we could have stayed longer.

people should know it’s extremely loud. You could hear the voices of everybody in the hallways. I was shocked by loudness. You could hear the people upstairs and all the showers when they run.

The views from the back were lovely.

Upon arrival we had booked a transfer through the hotel. The transfer was 30 mins late due to traffic. Owing to the traffic on the way from the airport, travelling to the airport we arranged the transport to give time for traffic. They managed to be an hour late even though staff had assured us it was going to be on time. The rooms are very basic with only a fan. The views from the front of the hotel are disappointing with lots of loud construction going on.

Amazing views. We also had a room with a spa on the balcony and that was fantastic. 5 min walk into town was convenient.

The breakfast is quite basic. We had very low water pressure in the bathroom and only cold water, so we were not able to use the shower for three days (but this didn't really bother us).

This an absolutely must stay when you are in Salento. As soon as we arrived we were thrilled by the views from the terrace over mountains and whole landscape. in the room there is everything you need (except hairdryer) and the shower with hot water and good pressure is also very nice. We highly appreciate that the staff speak english as it is rare in Colombia. They were so nice and polite. Breakfast was delicious and with the views from the terrace it tasted even better. This was one of our favorite stay in Colombia.

as it is in the humid locality, the room was very humid too, and we can smell it on the bedsheets. some were fine but most of the were musty. and we hated that we needed to leave this gorgeous place sooner, because our flight was rescheduled on the last possible moment.

Our room was cold and humid and so the smell. Disappointing that in an area so famous for its delicious coffee, the hotel serves very low quality one to its guests.
