Very clean and complete and staff are lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back some other time.

The size of the room was great. Patio doors was a nice feature.

The layout of the room was terrible. You can't watch TV in bed which is what most people want to do. The fact that the room is above a restaurant meant you could smell the cooking when entering the building. But did not seem to be too bad in the room. The tap in the bathroom was hanging off. The side table was full of dust. The blinds could be replaced.

As advertised pictured shown is not exactly. I booked x2 single beds. There was a double bed. Room was clean and friendly service.

I can't believe these rooms are on booking.com this basically seems like somewhere they place homeless people, felt like I was in an episode of Benefits Britain . Very grim, dirty walls, clothes hanging on banisters. Bed uncomfortable, pillows flat.

The tap was broken, there were many flies in the room. The towels, bedding and shower was very dirty. It seemed like the room wasn’t cleaned before we came. I was disappointed with the room overall. The pictures of the hotel was not like the room we stayed in.

Probably due to the big shame about condoms and disgusting stuff in the bedside cabinet I haven't been asked to pay for one night.

Condoms and awful rubbish inside the bedside cabinet. Other guests talking over the phone till late at night outside the rooms, an idea to go outside and slap hard someone passed through my mind after midnight. Overall cleanness needs some improvement

Stayed twice. First room was really small but second room was a great size and I actually felt like I was in a hotel/b&b. Clean and everything I needed.

The beds in both rooms u slept in were very uncomfortable and didn't have a great nights sleep. No breakfast offered
