Service they call to me and say if one more time they see stain from corn flecks they will charge me for laundry 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

the location is very convenient. It's just a ten-minute walk to Fashion Walk. From my room, I can see the entire Victoria Harbour, which is incredibly beautiful.

room had a great view, bed was comfortable
having to pay a deposit for a second room key was a bit average, it should be an allowable prerequisite

the windows cannot be opened at all , which is bad for the air circulation

The location - in between Wanchai and Causeway. Very convenient location if you are looking for somewhere to stay on the island.
Not much other facility but that's why I choose that hotel.

The water temperature was a bit weird, sometimes the shower or tap would stay either really hot or really cold for a long time and won’t change temperature.

The hotel was not named the Gloucester Hotel as advertised on Booking.com
Rather it is now called something else. This was disconcerting
