Lovely clean sunny accommodation. Good communication with the owner, and had every convenience you need.Two bathrooms and one loo but this worked well. Great to be able to do some washing and the complimentary plunger coffee and chocolate was lovely. Easy parking. Great place to stay and a quiet location. A wood pigeon feasted daily on a tree outside.

The bed comfort was average. Suggest one has a car to access as up a steep hill.

access up the very short steep drive was tricky for my husband ( has balance issues with his health condition & walks with walking stick) when cars were packed in the way meaning we could not drive him straight to the door.

Very clean & tidy. Excellent location to town but still quiet.

Would have preferred to have parking outside the unit as stated in advertisement instead of a distance away. Fortunately the weather was fine.

The coffee, the heat pumps and the comfy bed.

It would have been really handy if there was some kitchen basics like oil. The light in the bathroom didn't stay on.

Lots of rooms to suit the needs of people staying. Accessing property easy. Comfy beds. Heaters on ready for our arrival - a lovely touch.

Kitchen was very minimally stocked. This made cooking and meals a juggle. Some more mugs, cutlery and a wider range of cooking gear would have been appreciated.

Walking distance from city Centre. very quiet. Modern and clean.

Apartment had everything we needed for a short stay to explore the city. A bit of an uphill walk from the city centre, once there it is a very quiet location.

There was nothing we did not like.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 bedrooms, 2 showers and seperate lounge and kitchen. Location is very handy to city centre so easy walking distance down the hill - just the walk back up the hill is not as much fun 😂

Only having one toilet in the apartment!

Spacious, spotlessly clean, great to have 2 shower rooms. Hostess was charming and very welcoming. The best apartments I've ever stayed in

Nothing. Everything was perfect

The accommodation was located in a great location, only about a 10 minute walk to the Octagon and 20 minutes from the stadium which was perfect because we came to Dunedin for the rugby game. The place itself was lovely perfect for me and my partner. The bed was comfortable and they even left complimentary coffee and chocolate such a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again 😊

There wasn't anything that I couldn't think of that I didn't like.
