Meine Freunde und ich wurden vom personal im Bezug auf Service auffallend schlechter behandelt als Südostasiatische Reisende. Unsere Koffer wurden nicht entgegengenommen, wir mussten uns selbstverständliche Leistungen in einem 4 Sterne Hotel selber erarbeiten und immer wieder nach Fragen. Außerdem verstehe ich nicht wie eine „Spa Resort“ maximal 50 Graf in der Sauna haben kann und diese dann nicht mal läuft.

Breakfast need to have more international variety. Have some chicken items, like chicken sausages. Not all people eat pork and beef.

Location. Territory around the place is simply amazing. Breakfast was nice, too. Good variety of food, everything was tasty and fresh. The room was something out of this world. Masterpiece( I took the double room on the top floor).

You don't need to advertise the pool and karaoke zone if they don't work. The hotel should make rules about open doors. I understand that it's a cultural thing, but I don't want to hear other people's quarrels or their kids playing.

As a 4 stars hotel, the bedding could be better. The pillows are flat, could use more pillows. Also the room could use more air conditioning. The room was very warm and humid.

Terracotta is a lovely hotel in beautiful Dalat. Rooms and Villas have a scenic view, either forest or the lake. It has a lovely loop for walking or running and is very peaceful especially in the morning.

In the evening around 10.30pm, there were a group of locals making such loud noise (laughing, singing, banging) which I quickly reported to the reception. The receptionist sounded annoyed that I was asking for immediate help and said the security are already dealing with it. Security came and couldn't do anything about it which I though was really sad.

The food spread for breakfast was very good; the room, bed linen, towels were all very clean and from any smell; the location and surrounding of the resort was very serene and lovely.

The central air-condition system was not working (could be switched off due to the cool weather). Hence, the atmosphere in the room was very stuffy. Ideally, if an additional stand fan could be provided in the room to aid air circulation - it would have been very good.

Water pressure & hot water - good Room size - good Breakfast - good Bed - good Location - far from city but the surrounding with nature is good. (Nearby Dantala waterfall and strawberry stalls)

The beautiful surroundings of the hotel. You can take a nice stroll around the lake.
