Melhor banho da minha vida! Chuveiro incrível. Cama mega confortável e quarto muito bom. Tudo automatizado, da persiana a iluminação.

O staff foi muito simpático e disponível do início ao fim da estadia! A organização da temática musical está muito interessante (a nós calhou-nos o fado - que adoramos!) e a decoração e utilidades surpreenderam-nos muito pela positiva! A localização é ótima e central e o espaço estava muito limpo e organizado. O detalhe de ser um quarto com colunas bluetooth integradas é uma caracteristica interessantissima face à temática - é um espaço muito bem pensado e certamente tornaremos a repetir (preferencialmente durante mais tempo!)

Não tenho mesmo nada de negativo a apontar, de todo.

La recepción. Una de las peores cosas que cuando llegas cansado a un lugar con todas las maletas tenes un recepcionista con muy mala onda. Ni siquiera explico ni dijo nada en relación al funcionamiento de las luces o de la cortina, por cuanto no se maneja de manera convencional. La verdad que no es recomendable

La chambre spacieuse et confortable, literie parfaite, petit déjeuner très bien, personnel charmant et disponible, Roof top avec une vue exceptionnelle et un bar à cocktail. Emplacement rêvé !

Il manque un salon intérieur un peu cosy (le hall est un frigo !) et un room service avec des snacks plus variés et moins chers. Il manque également un accès à la playlist de l'hôtel ! Musique cool !

Fantastic location, clean, comfortable rooms, and great staff. The views from the pool bar were fab and it had a great atmosphere.

As I went with a friend, I found the lack of bathroom (shower and toilets are cubicles) uncomfortable. We requested a twin, but we were allocated a double. This can happen, so it wasn't a big deal, but it meant the room was more compact compared to the twin room, which friends were allocated.

Clean room with a good bed. The in-built speakers are a great touch which we used a lot. Friendly staff. We were upgraded to a terrace room (with a balcony), which was a lovely touch. Rooftop pool and bar with great views. We loved the quieter location of the hotel, as it is outside of the really touristy areas - it's about 25 mins walk (downhill, down a lovely tree-lined avenue) into town or you can take the metro (cheap, regular service, easy to navigate) from the stop just a minute from the hotel. Metro is also well connected for the airport or day trips to Sintra. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as a beautiful park. Even though it is in a busy location, the soundproofing of the hotel was great and our room was quiet.

The room was very clean but had a slightly stale smell to it that we couldn't rid. Otherwise, we couldn't fault it.

Location was good and hotel was spotlessly clean Shower was excellent and toiletries were good quality Swimming pool was a bonus and it was enjoyable to have drinks and listen to music whilst on roof top. Bed was comfortable, but too many mattress protectors used during warm weather

The location was perfect and easy for tour companies to pick me up from. It was quiet, comfortable, had a beautiful roof top pool (could benefit from heating) and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Will be back for another few days at then of my holiday and am glad I will be.

Spacious room, clean, nice staff, good breakfast and nice location towards the city center (in walking distance). Close to the hop-on hop-off busses.

There was an issue with the payment. The stay was booked via booking.com but the payment link was directly provided by the hotel. If the option 'Paypal' + 'Ideal' is chosen, the money is taken from the bank account but payment not made. After a payment warning from the hotel, the option 'paypal' + 'paypal' works fine.

Musical concepts are unique and very well organised.

The location nearby the metro station is perfect to explore the city. Additionally, the bathroom is great and modern. The rooftop pool is a nice extra.

The 4 person bedroom is rather small when you have multiple suitcases.

I love the ambiance with the music concept and the rooftop bar. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Comfortable clean rooms where you can have a good night sleep with no street noise. Great breakfast!

I loved the hotel. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. They just couldn't seem to do enough for you. The breakfast selection was great and better than expected.

All was fine. This was my second time and I was happy with everything.
