The room was nice and comfortable - while not being big it was big enough for us during our stay. The bed was great and the air conditioning was very quiet. Breakfast was a thing of beauty with so many options that catered to all styles of breakfast - from cereals to breads and non-traditional Brazilian breakfast fare like kibbeh and empanadas. Located across the street from Paraguay, the hotel is literally a hop and skip from another country so it was really convenient for our shopping trip. The restaurant (open for dinner) is very good but the music might be a bit loud if you're in one of the rooms near it. Parking was mostly ok, we dropped our car off at the lot across the street - which wasn't a problem for us but folks with mobility issues might have a problem.

The hotel is frequently booked full so the rooms have a very fast turn around time so, while they're as clean as they can be, maintenance work is lagging behind - our room had some torn and stained wallpaper in a few corners, the shower head really could have been replaced with a newer one and I had to fidget around with the TV to get better reception as its wiring was really fragile.

rooms are dated and bathrooms have mold in grout between tiles and bathroom cabinets
