Very nice and hospitable hosts, always offered something to drink in the evening (tea or wine produced by themselves). Breakfast was good and prepared with love. We enjoyed our stay.

The best Guest House in either Europe or Georgia is the Zedafoni Family Guest House. The hospitality here is outstanding. The Sons speak English and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. They helped me purchase a ticket for me and my bike at the train station and offered wine from their vineyards. A fabulous experience.

The house is beautiful and the room very comfy and elegant. The place is beautiful. We ordered breakfast and it was absolutely fantastic. Hosts speak good english.

Would not stay again. would not recommend the town either. It was very noisy till 12:30 am so no rest. Also they had super annoying growling dogs run around, not nice to come home from dinner, open the gate and have those thing jump you. Also there was no hot water in the morning. Staff seemed to think thats normal - they did not really care. We were happy we could leave in the morning.

The host was wonderful and the rooms were spacious 🙏 friendly dog and beautiful garden. The wine they offer is lovely ☺️

The location was far from many things and as there's no bolt In Zestafoni you need to walk atleast 30mins.

Nice guesthouse along a quiet road. Street parking and decent WiFi. Hot water is erratic but still had a comfortable shower.

Paid in cash. Just something to be aware of.

The lady was very nice and gave us a free homemade bottle of wine. The rooms were comfortable and warm and breakfast was great!

Unfortunately no one spoke English which make the communication a bit hard. Also it should say in booking until when we get dinner. We wanted to have dinner in the house and we weren't able. The town is very small so it was very hard to find a restaurant. Also, the rest of the house was quite cold

Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Full table of fresh home-made food. The house is very stylish and you can listen to lovely singing birds behind the window while laying in bed. I definitely recommend this place :)

Lovely guesthouse with friendly owners. There was deep snow so it was very cold in most parts of the house but the hosts ensure we had plenty of heating in the room so we were warm enough. We also ate dinner, which was very good.

Beautiful, authentic place. Spacious bedrooms with big and comfy beds. Very big living room with sofa, table and chairs and piano :-D beautiful view on host vineyard. Delicious breakfast and wine.

We were visiting Georgia at the beginning of December. Temperature in bedrooms was nice, but i'm living room we had to use blankets or jackets.

We needed a place to stay on our way. Stopped by here, because we needed a place to sleep. We got tea and wine in the evening. The next morning we got a fantastic breakfast - just 10 lira. The hosts were also really sweet

The property itself is a 3 floor building. Huge. The family lives in one floor and the other floor is rented out by rooms for travelers. Behind is their small wine yard in front a small terrace. Owners are very very friendly and we had quit a good time there with a lot of their homemade wine. Also their family is quit nice. This is not a typical booking.com or a typical Airbnb. The people run it themself in their best knowledge and capabilities. Almost everything is local produced and just “real”.

Our room had no AC. At such a location where all summer is above 30 degrees we were disappointed not to have it.

An excellent guesthouse with nice garden in perfect location for Imeretia sightseeing!

The place is very authentic. The house have an amazing balcony with nice view. The people in the house were super sweet, they have a lovely wine that we tried. The breakfast was really good.

No bathroom in the room, but it was not a big problem.
