I was disappointed with the apartment as it was only partly renovated and needs a good paint job.

It's close to the ocean and you can see everyday wallabies, it's just amazing!

Beautiful beach front views! Clean and spacious rooms / bathrooms!

The ensuite bath is a bit exposed :( no walls or door between the shower & toilet with the actual bed! When take a shower we need to close the curtain in the bedroom to get some privacy from outside! Cookware is old and limited although we had a brand new frying pan provided after we requested!

Loved having three super comfy bedrooms and three bathrooms, an amzing comfortable couch, views to die for, a buggy at our door step, valet to and from the airport.

The length of my stay could have been longer, lol... only concern is having no reception area, as I called the number provided (on a sunday) to ask a question and no one answered or returned my call. (I left on wednesday)

Beautiful apartment in the best location! Having a buggy made things so convenient, not that it’s too far to walk to the harbour! Loved being close the the start of the walks, and having both the beach and pool. The apartment itself is really well set out and super comfortable. The amenities worked well and the bed was comfy!

Not too much, it would have been great to have some pantry staples (salt, pepper, sauce). And a soft close toilet seat, just as we kept accidentally slamming it shut 😅

Hamilton island is great to relax and the apartment was perfect for it. It was spacious, stylish and very well equipped. We had a three bedroom apartment with three bathrooms, which was a perfect fit for our family of four.

The windows don’t shut properly and the birds can be quite noisy in the early morning.

The location and service was fabulous . Picked up from airport and returned to airport . Big balcony with beautiful view. Its quiet down the ends - we stayed in #008 . There is good aircon and beds are comfortable. Has a private pool . Plenty of buggy parking and shuttle bus at the end of street . Easy walk to beach

Its has been renovated but the bathrooms only and the kitchen appliances are new. The rest of the apartment is fairly dated but still.

We received a very friendly welcome at the airport.

When a property is marketed as 'fully renovated', it should be just that or the statement becomes misleading. The property had certainly enjoyed some upgrades but was far from being fully renovated with many elements of the property showing its age.

we would have liked more cleaning and hygiene household items left for use as we stayed for 7 days with only single use bathroom items and no cleaning chemicals or equipment which we purchased ourselves to get by. the pillows are also very old and due for an update but these comments wouldn’t prevent a revisit

Great apartment in a beautiful location. Very well organised and friendly staff. A seamless process from start to finish i.e. online booking, airport transfers to last day check out.

Check-in was a breeze. We were met on arrival and issued with the buggy and then escorted to the apartment. The size of the apartment is massive with a good space for couples or families, spectacular view, clean and tidy. Located at the end of the resort strip so you there isn’t a lot of noise or foot traffic.

Only minor - doors and fans could do with a wipe down.

Unit 106 and 006 Kitchen equipment was unmatched i.e., 12 big plates, no frying pan, 3 wine glasses etc. Unit 106 has a cockroach infestation and bed bugs. Unit 106 Buggy was old, slow, and made grinding noise which was reported but not attended to. Reported the front door handle of unit 006 was loose and was not fixed.

Amazing view and secluded yet convenient location. Easy access to Catseye Beach and a private pool, just a short drive to everything. Apartment amenities and support staff were great!! They even provided a golf cart!

Didn’t know about private pool. Buggy needed servicing and we weren’t aware of how to charge it properly at the beginning.

Poor hygiene standard, so much dust everywhere, not from last week, its from the last decade! A lot of mold on the curtains and in the air conditioners (for sure not cleaned for years). Big cockroaches every night and everywhere, bad maintenance, toilet paper roll just slips of the holder, so the towels do. I have way more fotos to proof this case. Asked for a refund, because my wife couldnt sleep in this apartment, she is mild allergic against house dust mites but at this place she couldnt do one breath through her nose because it was completly swollen and she had a itchy mouth one minute after entering the accomodation. The answer for a refund was just ridiculous, they offered no refund at all, just a sorry and a "if we had known in front, we would have changed the conditions"- no way you couldnt see the mold on the curtains before. Just look the fotos, it is disgusting. What kind of renovation of the "renovated" appartments should that have been??? For 700dollars per night a complete rip off. Not to forget but good to know: very soft and old matresses, dirty sheets, brocken locker of the balcony door! Would never go there, even if i would get money for it.
