Country Hotel feeling in basically a beach resort. Old style building but with excellent patios, pool and garden areas. Buffet breakfast was of high quality.

Lovely relaxed hotel. Lovely room. clean. Gd breakfast. Pool and garden lovely. Quiet location but only few minutes from calis beach and the boat taxi and bus that take you to fethiye (which is about 20-30 minutes away)

1.Extremely hot due to my room was located under the roof, on the 4th floor - always should work air conditioner 2. Breakfast every day the same with small differences

The location of the property is amazing for the price, çaliç beach and all the coast line is 200 meter 3 min walking , taxi boat station to fethiye port is 100 metre walk from hotel (15 lira per trip operating 11 am to 11 pm), bus stop to fethiye centre is 1 min walking, 6 lira, max 5 min waiting and 20 min commuting. To go to oludeniz famous beach take first bus to center 6L, then from same station change bus to oludeniz 11 lira 30 min distance , total commuting with waiting is 1 hour aprox, i did twice a day and it didnt bother. I saved triple price if i stayed in oludeniz. back side of hotel an animated street with with multiple restaurants and supermarket as well as agencies where u can book ur trips ( dont do it on internet, it’s more expensive). As of the property it self, it is clean, acceptable space in room, clean toilets, comfortable bed all rooms has view on beautiful garden and a nice pool. Ac working good with no noise, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Their english was enough to understand my demands ( one staff has a little hearing impairing, he’s around 55 age, dont get frustrated if he dont answer). For hot water, it was available all time, u just have to keep both water tabs running on hot for approx 1 min to empty cold water on tubes. My total stay i fethiye was for 6 days, however reading the negative comments here, i booked only 3 days at begining, , but later satisfied , i extended stay. The hotel doesn’t have a lift but it’s only 2 floors high. Theres rooms on ground floor opening straigh on pool. There plenty of hangers on the cabinet 🙂 It’s not a luxury but value for price is 200% General about the city, çaliç sea is not what some might imagin, water look greyish but walk on the sea is beautiful. Animated ares are çaliç beach all along and ferhiye port. Real fun is in oludeniz where the sea is turquoise color surrounded by green mountains and with a stream of paragliders on the sky.

Break fast is ok if u r staying 1 or 2 days, but should be varied for people staying longer. Missing cakes, and baked staff like croissants. Missing salads and sauces, It can be better.

No elevator, breakfast was basically nothing, curtains don’t block the light so very bright in the mornings you can forget about sleeping in!!

I liked the hotel. A traditional place for the local standard. Simple and typical Turkish breakfast, but tasty and generous. The swimming pool was very appreciated and well placed in the hotel structure. They have a beautiful garden, very well maintained and the hotel is located 2 min from the beach and 5 min from the city center, where all services such as market, bars, restaurants and others are located. Special note for the courtesy and availability of the hotel staff. We were late and arrived late for check in, but the person in charge was waiting for us with everything ready.

the hotel's structure is not recent and some room and decor items reflect this. However, this does not interfere with anything, as the place is clean and honest in its services.
