Our room was very spacious, exceptionally clean and modern. The bedding was really comfortable! They offered a wonderful Massuese, I think her name was Katarina or Katherine... I highly recommend her. Their coffer was wonderful!

They could use a larger garbage beyond the tiny one in the bathroom. There could be more hooks to hang towels.

The room was recently renovated, very clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing, very nice and helpful. Also great location close to both the beach and different very good restaurants and activities.

The breakfast that was included was okay, personally would have liked more choices.

Rooms

The most inflexible host. The host did’t accommodate our rooms for kids, to add a baby cot.

The hotel location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the beach and the main street of Planos-Tsilivi where is plenty of choice for restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The village is quite bussy in the late afternoons and evenings but the street noise is very dim. You can enjoy yourself at the pool and the bar. The rooms are of good size with air conditioned and these are cleaned daily. The staff is doing the best for the guests to have a comfortable stay. Thank you very much for your welcomness.

Good location, very close to Tsilivi Beach and in a walking distance to all restaurants around. The staff were very helpful with guiding and giving indications about things to do and places to visit.

Our room was right next to reception and on the outside of the pool bar so it was very loud till late at night and early in the morning. We asked for room to be changed but nothing was done on this matter. Breakfast is quite poor.

The room is spacious and beautifully decorated (No fancy items, it’s just beautiful). The view to the pool is great, there is a kitchen which can be very helpful. And the staff was also great, we asked for some recommendations to different activities we wanted to do in zakynthos and they all provided everything we needed. There are also many restaurants and grocery stores nearby to choose.

The shower, I would have liked the shower holder to be placed higher, and that the water would fall over the person. This was not the case, you have to grab the shower with your hand every time and be careful not to throw water to the rest of the bathroom.

Alamis Apartments are located in a great location for exploring Tsilivi. The property is impeccably clean and the staff are welcoming. Rooms are a good size. Swimming Pool is beautifully clean. Pool Bar is open daily for snacks and drinks.

All in all there is not much to dislike. Apartments are relatively dated and basic but this is the norm. We have visited Tsilivi many times and all other places we have stayed have been similar. Nothing more to note.

The apartment had a great placement in Tsilivi. The staff was great and very helpfully. The apartmant was quite big and the two rooms had connection with a nice balcony. The pool was clean, and it was even a bar right near it with decent prices.

The only thing that we were not happy it was the dimension of the shower, which was quite small.

The staff were really accommodating. We spent two weeks here and cant fault it, everyone was extremely friendly, atmosphere was great, room was clean and tidy.

We didn't have more days to spend there

The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you & it was very clean, fresh towels everyday & linen changed every 2 days 5 minute walk to the beach where you could hire 2 beds & an umbrella for Euro 10, which we did everyday. Lovely restaurants within walking distance.

I hate to say anything negative as staff were lovely but photos are deceiving Beds were so hard, really uncomfortable. Shower had to be held in the hand with only a curtain around a tiny shower base so the bathroom got soaked & curtain stuck to you. No where to put shampoo & shower wash except floor. I understand they plan to renovate over the winter. Kitchen was so basic, no sharp knife or chopping board not even a tea towel, couldn’t be considered self catering. Pool was too small for the number of guests (towels on beds from 8am) & got very noisy in the afternoon. The pool is actually on a road so coaches & lorries drive past you as you sit there. Lots of additional garden space that could be renovated into an adults only sun area with plunge pool.
