Location was good for our particular plans. Easy to take public transportation.

We arrived around 9pm and couldn't figure out how to enter the building. The entrance door was locked, luckily we found a very nice lady at the beer garden to let us in (many many thanks to her for helping us)

Location for me was good as it is close to my office.

Room was extremely hot. No aircon Could not sleep at all

I liked it was a historical building

There was a strange smell in the corridor upstairs on the way to the back exit. The staff doesn’t speak English, quite kind though.

The quality of the information we received at the reception was poor. After 5 pm no access to the reception anymore, and we needed a wifi code. Outside of the window there was the AC and it was loud the whole night, when having the window open. Inside there was no AC and it was very hot with a closed window.

a fine building

large hotel with nobody staying - it was like the Lost City! on arrival rang doorbell 6 times and nobody came - had to go to nearby Biergarten to get help! at checkout had to wait for ages as staff member didn’t seem to know how to work computer!

desperate need for air conditioning!

Unfortunately there is nothing to like.

a confused place. airless. very old room decoration. a room without air conditioning at this time. Engine room view from the window. a very narrow shower curtain and a constant problem. small insects in the room. a hotel to avoid

Everything was perfect - only the entry is a little confusing if you arrive late to the room, but the staff are very co operative

locating the room inside the hotel - with more ways to enter.
