Villa Marbella was perfect in every way! The house is outstanding, the view breathtaking, and staff wonderful. The chef, Angeles is wonderful, and Leo & Pepe kept our drinks flowing. All the rooms are perfect with their own balconies. My only complaint would be the beds!! The mattresses are way too hard.

We stayed here for my friends 40th birthday and everyone loved the home! There was plenty of space, it was super clean and the staff is super friendly. The location is great and the view of the ocean is unbeatable! I highly recommend this place for your next stay in Puerto Vallarta and I will definitely be coming back myself!

Everything about this place was unreal! The views, property and most importantly the staff were absolutely amazing. The property manager, Michelle, was incredibly helpful in planning and setting us for success! Nothing but great things to say about our experience, it truly left all of us speechless. Villa Marbella is beautiful! We spent five days here for a family vacation with 15 people ages 3 to 74. Very comfortable and spacious rooms with great ocean views. The pool was perfect for the children. Francisco and the staff were amazing. The food was great! It was easy to get around by Uber or taxi. We would highly recommend this property to others. It was a perfect vacation! Thank you.

Everything was awesome and the staff are super helpful. The house is clean and has plenty of things to do for people of all ages. We had 14 people in our group and it felt spacious. Loved the view in the morning and evening, the pool is great, etc. everything was great!
Negative: the mattresses are absolutely terrible. Very very hard and caused pain and aches for most of the group. This is not our preference and I realize each person has their own preferences but for us it was terrible. I would not stay here again simply for the lack of good sleep and rest at night. Again, if you don’t mind this part please stay here, everything else was awesome!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful home with 8 bedrooms. The view is spectacular not only from living area but from every room. Leo, Afonso, Daniel, and Mary made delicious food and margaritas and kept everything spotless and organized. The house exceeds expectations. One important note is that the address on the listing is not accurate.

We celebrated a family reunion and this was the best place we could have ever stayed. The location was perfect as was the view. The staff was amazing and the food was excellent. We definitely would come here again!!!

This rental is ideal for a large family to bond in a wonderful setting. There are ocean views from every room and the staff make you feel at home. It is cleaned daily and the cook is masterful at the local cuisine and makes suggestions but will make anything you desire. I highly recommend this for its beauty and location close to the city.

Villa Marbella is an unbelievable experience. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. There is not a bad room on the property as they all have ocean views. Michelle and her team were great to work with and communicated with us throughout the entire planning of our stay. The staff at the property could not be more friendly and accommodating. They work like a well oiled machine and tended to our every need. I cannot say enough positive things about our entire experience. One of the best vacations weve ever had! 5/5 highly recommend!

We came to Villa Marbella to celebrate our wedding and have a small, intimate event with a few family members, then spend the week in Puerto Vallarta. We couldn't have chosen a better spot! The villa itself is great-- every room has a balcony with an ocean view, the pool was the perfect spot to cool off from the hot weather, and the villa was so spacious. What made this villa extra special was the amazing staff. Lio ensured we always had cold margaritas and drinks when we needed it and got us connected with transportation for day trips, helping us figure out details. Valeria was an amazing chef! I was so pleased with how professional and delicious all the food was. We 2 meals a day at the villa as well as snacks, and everything is up there with high-quality restaurant food. Maria was the housekeeper, who kept the place spotless and would clean up the villa every day. Thank you all for an awesome stay! The only thing is the approximate address is not accurate in the listing. The listing had it as 5 de Deciembre neighborhood but it's actually in Conchas Chinas, so about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the downtown area. All in all we loved it and would go again! I recommend to anyone traveling with a big group looking for an ultra relaxing vacation!

We spent 11 great nights at Villa Marbella in June 2023. Our group size of 9 adults and 3 children had enough space so that we were very comfortable and didn’t feel on top of each other, yet we had a common area to congregate in at everyday. Leo, Valeria and Maria did their best to make us feel at home. The views of the ocean from the villa’s balconies are truly stunning but you always have to keep a close eye on any young kids in the group.
The pool at the villa served us well for those days we didn’t want to head to the beach, but indeed there are several beautiful beaches a short taxi ride away. We were glad we didn’t bother to rent a car as taxis and uber are very frequent. Puerta Vallarta offers an array of engaging tours/restaurants/bars/markets etc to keep everyone in our group (ages 3 - 82) entertained. We mostly had dinner at the villa as it gave us an opportunity to enjoy family time together over the meal.
All in all, we had a memorable holiday and it was a great way to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday.

We stayed 5 nights at this beautiful house. Leo and the staff really made our trip a 5 star. Its a beautiful view with great service and really good food.. One of our better family trips!! The location is close to town so getting uber was easy. We did lose power, however, they did send someone out to fix it late at night and we got a good night sleep!

The property was amazing. Very Clean and close to everything. The service was incredible. Each room have an ocean view and own bathroom. Michelle help me arrange the party celebration from a far. I am forever grateful to her for this. The chef cook us incredible delicious breakfast , lunch, and dinner each day we were there. We sat on the patio and could see the whales, jumping out of the water from the balcony. This was an incredible experience. I would recommend this Villa to everyone who want to have a memorable experience. 10 out 100.

We spent 8 days at Villa Marbella for a family reunion with 15 people aged 2 - 75. Everyone had a great time. Leo took such good care of us! We loved the margaritas and guac every afternoon. Valerie's food was wonderful - we never went out to eat! The house is spacious and the views are unbeatable! We watched the whales all day and the sunsets at night. The walk to the beach is a bit steep, but all of us, including the toddler had no problem. This was one of the best family reunions that we've had. The house was great and the staff were amazing! I hope we get to return again!

We came down with a group of friends for about a week for our wedding. What an amazing time and place to stay. All cabs knew exactly where it was when we told them. View off the decks is absolutely amazing. Staff was amazing and made everything very easy. Would HIGHLY recommend this spot to anyone else looking for a good time!

We stayed in the villa with a group of friends to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. We were blown away upon arrival by the stunning view and size of the property! The staff greeted us and had made margaritas so we could jump in the pool right away. The walk down to the beach is steep but the location is beautiful and it's easy to get a taxi if you prefer. We walked into town several days and were always excited to get home for a delicious dinner cooked by Ramon. What a wonderful experience! Thank you!

This is an absolutely beautiful home. It will take your breath away as you enter and see the western view of the bay opened up befor you. We enjoyed seeing whales, huge iguana’s every day. The children enjoyed the pool . The staff were friendly and eager to please..
the beds were comfortable. There was 13 of us and we had plenty of room. It was easy to get an Uber to town I think the walk is too much for most people. The only negative I have is the plumbing. Some of the showers did not work or drain. The master(room 2) the sink faucet would not turn off all the way and it had moisture ants on the countertop . I told the house manager so hope it gets fixed for the next group.
Josephine the concierge was very helpful in planning all the different excursions we wanted to go on.
Some of us enjoyed the in house spa treatments, very nice. Would highly recommend the boat trip to “Rhythms Of The Night” Beautiful. Be sure to dress warm for boat trip. Zip lining with los Vallarta ( it is the one for $99 per person. Was the best!! They had16 zip lines for us to go on the guys were fun and amazing how they ushered us thru. We even were able to go into the cage with the squirrel monkeys. The guys went fishing the girls went horse back riding. We also took the ATV adventure. So much to do we needed. Other week to relax

Our group of 11 people traveled in from different parts of the United States.
Our houseman Leo, chef Ramon and housemaid Maria made the already wonderful villa an experience we will treasure forever. The views are amazing and the villa is very comfortable. The walking can be a strenuous one with the cobblestone steep streets. Great exercise hiking it and nothing a taxi or Uber can’t accommodate!
We booked excursions and in house massages through Karla our concierge. The property manager Angelisca checked in to make sure we had everything needed.

We chose this property for our family vacation with our adult children and it did not disappoint. The villa is beautiful and the view breathtaking. Could not have asked for a better first trip to PV.
This was my first time visiting PV and I could not have asked for better accommodations. My friends and I stayed at this property to celebrate my 30th birthday. Not only did the property itself blow us away, but having the staff on site to assist with grocery shopping and the preparation of our meals truly made for the best trip ever. Would recommend to anyone and am hopeful I will be back to visit sometime in the future.

Incredible Villa In PV
The pictures don't do the Villa justice and the staff was even better than we could have imagined. We were a group of 8 celebrating a joint 40th birthday party and we LOVED our stay at Villa Marbella. The sunsets at night were breathtaking, the Villa is perfectly located so you can visit local beaches and downtown PV with ease. The food that our chef cooked was out of this world. I can't say enough positive things about the entire experience. Special, special property!

Great place, questionable management.
This is a great place, good location and great views. Staff are all good and accommodating. The house is multi level and all rooms have view. It just needs some improvement as it's a relatively old building.
The management forgot to let staff know we were arriving. So when we get there late at night, no one was there. It took 90 min to have someone open the door for us. And then, the house was not ready. Bathrooms were all dirty and rooms were not ready. Poor staff had to come and get things ready. By the time they were done it was 1 am. We were also supposed to have dinner which never happened. Meanwhile, I called and left multiple messages for the manager which went unanswered until next morning.

This is an amazing property with an even better staff. There was someone there at all times to cook, clean, make arrangements and make us feel safe. Nothing short of Amazing!
This property is nothing short of amazing. The location is secluded enough to enjoy the beautiful view of the skyline and ocean and close enough to the city to zip in and out to enjoy your culture and sites and nightlife. I highly recommend this location. The staff was absolutely awesome, just make sure to be detailed in what you want the chef and his staff to provide. I would absolutely visit look at visiting Villa Marbella again.

Unbelievable experience with great staff
We went as a group of 17. The house was very well maintained and had a amazing view. What made the stay even better was the hospitable staff and their nature. The cook, Houseman, bartender, night security and housekeeping gals took pride in what they do and catered to our every need. After our 4 nights with them, they pretty much became family and we were sad to leave because of them.

Wonderful place-great staff!
We were 8 adults & 4 children, aged 2-6. The pool was great. The beach would be a very difficult walk for kids or older people. Master-bedroom mattress a little too firm for my arthritis. But for small stated reservations we highly recommend it.

The property was just like the photos. Perfect. The staff was beyond our expectations. Every single desire was met. Food was outstanding. We didn’t get super specific and allowed the chef to create. LUPITA never disappointed. Lio, our house manager one word WOW! Maria, the housekeeper. AMAZING. We were 13 ppl completely satisfied!
