Realizamos la reserva por la plataforma con 2 semanas de anterioridad y al llegar al establecimiento nos indicaron que por sobre cupo nos tenían que redireccionar a otro hostal.

El personal muy atento y colaborador. Buen desayuno; no es en el Hotel, aunque el sitio donde se toma es cercano. Hotel muy bien ubicado cerca de todo en Filandia, parque, mirador, restaurantes, supermercados. Un poco complejo el parqueo pero es solucionable.

Fue muy corta la estadía; sin embargo todo salió bien.

Excelente atención de todo el personal, son muy muy amables y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos durante la corta estadía, incluido guardarnos las maletas después de hacer el check-out y prestarnos por un momento el baño para cambiarnos

Todo estuvo genial, únicamente vimos que un pedacito del zócalo de una esquina de la habitación estaba un poco despegado, pero nada grave.

La ubicación es muy buena limpio y personal amable

It was clean, reception staff where amazing, referred my partner to the best mani pedi place. Great balcony to relax on and a comfortable bed.

There was no light at all in the room. No soundproof. So every person that walked past, woke us up, a band was playing all day during the day, we could could hear it. Came to Finalandia to relax, but the room wasn't right for that.

Quiet room (interior room). Firm mattress. One block from main square. Secure parking. Coffee available in lobby. It was just what we were seeking for a 1 night stay in this pleasant little town.

The location was excellent. Having on-site parking was a big plus. The friendliness of the staff was superb, especially "Canela" the 24/7 host pup. The hot water on demand was amazing and our room was clean and as described. Good for a short or long term stay

none of the staffs could speak English. therefore i couldnt find the location of the restaurant for breakfast. not helpful with guiding and tour suggestions

Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need! Bed is very comfortable and shower has hot water. The breakfast if a typical Colombian breakfast, but you can add soup or meat for an extra cost. Location is very good, just around the corner from the main square. Good value for money!

Bed side lamp would be good. The rooms have not natural light and you can heard eveything going on in the corridors.

The staff were very warm and welcoming i arrived early and the lady at the desk was very sweet with my limited spanish and let me check in and brought me a coffee.The accomodations were comfortable and clean good wifi the breakfast was amazing. I highly reccomend

Breakfast is not so good

The hotel itself is located just a few blocks from the center square and park of the town. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room itself was sparkling clean. Plenty of hot water for a shower. The wi-fi worked very well. Filandia is a tourist town for foreigners and Colombians alike. Many Colombians make it a weekend getaway place. Therefore the hotel can be a bit noisy then but this would be true of every hotel in town. Filandia is a tranquil place during the week with beautiful surrounding land to explore.
