The accommodation was clean, comfortable and a convenient base to explore Chania. Communication from the hosts was also excellent.

This room was immaculate, spacious and so central. cannot fault it and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Friendly staff showed us to our rooms, which were attractive, spacious and well appointed with views of street and minaret from the balconies. Set in the historic centre of Chania, the apartment is close to the harbour and a wide selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and museums. The newly sited Archaeological Museum is a must, although it is now a bit of a trek to get there!

Nothing to do with the apartment, but we were disappointed to see that the ongoing "refurbishment" of the historic market would result in a level of modernisation which would make it unlikely that any of the traditional traders would ever be able to return, and its historic character would be lost for ever.

Breakfast was very good. Traditional Greek but plenty of it and tasty.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The bed and mattress were also very good. We got in late and used self check in, and it was very easy.

The room we got, had very nice decoration, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The location is in the heart of the centre and in the meantime it was very quiet.Totally recommended, i would definitely choose it again.

Absolutely loved this hotel - location was incredible and the rooms felt very homely. They were clean and I also loved the hotel interiors! Really good value. If I come back to Chania I will 100% stay here again. We were in Crete for one month remote working but only came here the weekend before leaving so our only regret is not coming to stay here sooner.

The apartment includes everything we need. The host is also very friendly and providing us useful information to visit the city. The room is clean and the apartment is close to some parking lots (though parking is really an issue in this city).

Lovely spacious apartment, very clean and in an excellent location, very close to restaurants and shops. The noise at night wasn't a problem with the windows shut. Lovely staff in reception who kindly organised a taxi for us to the airport on our last day.

Stairs could be a problem for some people.

I wouldn’t say ‘ didn’t like’ but I would upgrade the TVs as they are just in Greek, maybe a better AC because the room is very big for the current one

the room was comfortable, however it was very small, to the point where there is not enough space to open a big luggage, however if you pass that everything was fine.

The location was perfect and walkable to everything in town. It was also placed in a very safe area. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean. The woman that checked us in allowed us to check in earlier which was very nice and helped us to be able to go out and explore earlier.

We had a lot of issues with the hot water where we only had it for 1 day out of 4 days. This become a problem as we were out on beaches etc every day and needed to shower and wash our hair often but ended up having to take fast showers in freezing water every day, being forced to sleep with halfly dirty hair and sandy feet. This was not comfortable at all and the situation wasn't handled the best when we told the staff. They kept saying that it was fixed and for us to give it 10min. We gave it plenty of time but issue never got fixed as this went on for days. So a bit sad about the experience we had with this on a vacation which is based around water and sand. They did apologise for this and offered us vouchers to stay with them in the future which was nice.
