Die Lage nahe am Strand und nahe des Einkaufszentrums lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wer mag und etwas fit ist, kann sogar bis nach Arrecife der Strandpromenade nach laufen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die private Terrasse.

Je nach Windrichtung hört man den Flughafen recht gut. Die Terrasseneinrichtung könnte etwas moderner sein.

Inclusion of a washing machine, iron and ironing board at the property was very useful Also provision of washing powder and dishwasher tablets was very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Good standard of facilities.

Shame the swimming pool was out of use for maintenance during our stay. Would have liked an oven.

Wifi poco performante

Wonderful view of the sea. In quiet local suburb. Great local restaurants. Close to shops. Flat came all the stuff we required including dishwasher tablets. They came to change the sheets midway through our 8 night stay.

Could have done with a couple more pillows.

The views from our apartment were amazing and tranquil very private clean and safe

When we arrived at apartment the property had a very bad odour. The smell of smoke hit uou as the door was opened . This was a previous guest who decided to ignore olivers rules. Of no smoking inside the property. This caused upset and discomfort. On a positive note once we reported to priscila and oliver they did everything in their power to rectify it. So resolved after a few days . Communication was excellent at all times .We wouldn't hesitate to return .

Flower Beach 26 ticks the boxes: Location; 30 mins walk from the airport, Playa Honda quiet with enough good restaurants, (La Opera a must !) Large clean empty sandy beach, view of the sea from the balcony + its south/west facing so perfect for chilling on the sunbed with just 10 paces to the fridge ! Apartment: just check out the photos its clean, modern, air con in open plan lounge+ bedroom ( large double bed was just so comfortable, shower gives hot water in seconds nice touch with a fixed squeezable soap dispenser. Kitchen coffee machine,all mod cons just great. Even a litre of water in the fridge! Terrace: 2 good sun loungers, a small table + 2 comfortable chairs, private, sun from 9:00 - 19:00 fantastic view of the sea just perfect. I like the way there is a arrow showing the actual apartment ,being on the first floor gives added security compared to a ground floor+ no noise from anyone above, the wonderful view. Pool area: There were enough sun loungers to chill by the pool , i did not use the pool but it looked clean and a few were taking a dip.

Its the first time i have been asked to pay for the accommodation before evening arriving ( lets say there was a problem what then )? Its a bit like paying for a meal before you have seen the wine list ! Also i was asked by Flower Beach to send a photo of my passport which i decline- I would have been prepared to show when at the apartment. When i tried to send an email to flower Beach this was not possible as the message is sent through Booking.com ( ie you have a message from Flower Beach requesting to know your flight number and time of arrival )

La terraza con vistas a la piscina.

The apartment is really nice and comfortable. It’s nearby Playa Concha and Playa Honda and a mini mall with many shops and a supermarket. In addition the structure and the apartment were very clean. Staff is super nice and accommodating. I recommend this accommodation to everyone.

You can find sometimes some ants but if you remove all the food in the kitchen they don’t appear.
