I can't put into words how amazing villa alexia is, and the host angel couldn't do enough to help, The villa is absolutely perfect for families, the location is perfect, plenty around, close to bus stops, restaurants and in walking distance to the shopping centre and a lovely beach. The villa was spotless clean, and beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning is great! I would highly recommend this villa. We stayed as a family of 8, with kids from ages 5 to 17 and we had the best holiday we have had by far. I will definitely be back!

The views, the location, the quietness, the privacy, felt secure, our own swimming pool, lovely outside pool area, well furnished, comfortable, assistance from Angel.

Size of kitchen counter space, wi fi was poor at times , pool was cool.

The villa was beautiful and well positioned near the beach .

The pool was beautiful but as there was 7 of us swimming daily it would have benefitted from a mid stay clean.

The villa was amazing, spacious and clean with all the amenities you need! The views from the villa were wonderful, with a beach so close, and a pool which the kids loved made it a perfect place to relax and spend quality time with family. The location was perfect too, only a 10 minute walk to bars, shops and restaurants, and only a taxi ride to Porto del Carmen, and Arrecife. Angel was a great host and the welcoming prosecco and chocolates were well received! Would definitely book this villa again!

The Villa was exactly as shown in all the photos. The location was perfect. The large shopping centre in walking distance was fab. The beach is only a 2 minute walk. The welcoming box of chocolates and wine was a lovely touch.

Location, design of the villa , facilities including gym , it had everything we needed.

Beautiful house, spotlessly clean and perfectly located very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Gorgeous pool and terrace and the owner was always helpful and even left a champagne (which I unfortunately couldn’t drink as I’m pregnant) and chocolates as a gift. Very comfortable house, so spacious with lots of rooms and with even a private gym! The terrace was stunning!! Plenty of sun beds, tables and chairs and the beach view was also gorgeous. I didn’t use the pool because it was too cold for me (even thought it’s climatized) but it was perfect to sit with my feet in. All worked perfectly, also the showers had plenty of hot water! There were some children items which were so helpful as I was staying with a 1 year old baby, like a baby chair, baby bed and a stairs protector. Wifi stopped working on the last 2 days but the owner was very helpful and offered to come and see what the problem was. I absolutely recommend this villa!!

Nothing at all! I wished the pool was a bit warmer but it was beautiful to watch in any case :)

Excellent outdoor area with fab views and large pool Only a few minutes walk to the seafront restaurants and same for the supermarket

Only has air con in 1 of the bedrooms (fine for us though as only using one bedroom) Interior is a little dated - it has everything you need and is clean but could be modernised

The villa was amazing with such a beautiful view, the outside area is definitely the highlight with a great sized pool and loungers, daybed, table etc! The inside of the villa was also lovely. We thought it was great value for money with a big group and the host was quick to answer any questions.

We had wanted to cancel due to coronavirus restrictions and the villa did not offer any refund/postponement which we were initially frustrated by. In the end we were glad to have gone as it was a great trip!
