Location! Walking distance (3-5 min) to food options, and shops selling local products. Plus several convenience stores nearby. 10-20 min leisurely stroll to Ming Court Tim Sum and other kopitiam food options. Ipoh Parade mall isn't far away, walkable or a short Grab. Place is quiet, no issues with having to wait too long for a lift. We were on the 17th floor. Security at Ground level requires sign in / out on day of arrival and departure. Place is spacious - can sleep up to 8 (including sofa bed) with 2 bathrooms. Host/Manager KY was in touch through out the stay via WhatsApp, and agreed to an early check-in at 10am. Even shared an excellent recommendation for Tim Sum, our first sample of food in Ipoh!

Some things in needed of maintenance. (1) Water filter @ kitchen sink was very dirty and in need of replacement. (2) Some light fixtures not working. (3) Bathrooms dated (but functional!)

The location is perfect and living room is spacious. The master bedroom is fantastic.

The second room is slightly odd in the setup and the bedsheets got stain. The patches on the walls seem odd too and unfinished.

Location is great. Overall good. Walking distance to mall, food places and happenings at night too. I think can do better.

Need to fix the water leaking issues, walls are molded. Sagging sofas and mites too.

Parking at 7th floor. Very narrow & steep driveway up & down. Not advisable for cars with small engines or MPV / SUV

Clean and tiny, Very suitable for a family, there are tv box, wifi, refrigerator, microwave oven, etc., and it is also very close to the local food area, about ten minutes walk, very good accommodation.

There are basically no major shortcomings, but there is a small problem with the shower head, which should be updated as soon as possible.

the location is so great, caan see the nice view of bandar ipoh

the good vibe of the place feel just like home. Comfy rooms with good ventilation. The design of the apartment is just stunning and clean. Will defi here again if i am back in Ipoh.

the master bathroom takes longer time to drain large amounts of water. slight issue on overflowed. the bathrooms water pressure need to be improved if possible.
