Property was perfect. Excellent location. Less than 8 min drive from heavenly ski slope. Ample parking and it was great to use the garage since is was snowing! We loved that their dining table sat all 12 of us. And their showerheads were amazing and the water got HOT, yay! Gorgeous renovations, and open floorplan made it a really fun stay. The pool table was great, and the grill handy.

Location of the house is conveniently located just a short drive away from the main street. We had a couple hiccups at first (with a non functioning dishwasher and the cleaners were not done cleaning before our check in time) but the owners tried to get the dishwasher fixed as soon as possible and gave us some credit for the inconvenience.
The home was spacious and setup to be able to accommodate larger groups. We cooked most of our meals and played in the snow in the backyard. For families with little kids, the house worked out well for us and we all enjoyed our stay.

Property was nice and had enough space for our group. It seemed like everything we needed was provided by the owner...little did we know, during an unexpected snow storm that hit during our second day in Lake Tahoe, that we would be stranded with no electricity and no way to go home. I assumed the owner would reach out right away but it took a while to get a hold of her and hours before we got a reply. Due to the severe weather outside and about 4ft of snow with no electricity, no heater, and food running low, our group was getting stressed out, worried and scared. I was hoping the owner had an emergency kit somewhere in the house but we searched everywhere and only found ONE flashlight. I assumed property owners would have an emergency kit for situations such as this, especially living in South Lake Tahoe. What I did not expect was the owner charging us an overnight fee because we couldn't leave the property due to the bad weather. We were stranded because the driveway and main street was covered in snow that only a plow truck could clear. We ended up paying another $400 for that one night we were stranded and couldn't leave the property that did not even have electricity for about 12hrs (and it was dark and cold), no internet/wifi connection. I was hoping the owner would understand and give us at least a free night stay while waiting for the weather to improve. It was definitely an unforgettable, cold, and scary experience that we don't want to go through again.

House looks better online but it was fine for our family. Floors in the kitchen were so dirty that our socks and feet were brown. No chalk for pool table. Electric bear fence in backyard made it off limits for our 2.5 year old granddaughter to go in the backyard, wish that was disclosed before booking. Bathrooms upstairs were very nice.

We were totally comfortable here. The kids loved the pinball machine and the large living room was wonderful for our large group. Bring an eye shield for two of the bedrooms that are very bright in the mornings. The non stick pans are also kind of old and warped (uneven bottom). Everything else was just great. Comfy beds too.

Our friends and I (3 different couples w/kids) had a great time in this house. Very spacious and a great central location between stateline and all the different marinas. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice stay at Tahoe
Cannot say enough nice things about our trip. The house was very clean and very equipped. It comfortably slept 10 of us and there was no lack of space. Hosts thought of everything (trash bags, toilet paper, kitchen towel, coffee filters, cooking oil, laundry detergent etc. were all in surplus)! We got everything we needed.
Victoria could not have been a better host. She was very easy to communicate with and was a compassionate person with a charitable heart. At the day that we were supposed to check out, all outside bound road from Tahoe were closed due to heavy snow, Victoria kindly extended our stay and charged only at normal rate inspite of holiday season. Could not appricate more, We would definitely be back!

This was a family reunion and we very much enjoyed the house. Unfortunately we arrived to flurries of ash and most of our week was smoke filled. We had to keep the windows closed and therefore the house did get a little stuffy. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Would have liked to have had a regular vacuum available, as with 10 adults and small children and a patio full of ash, it would have been nice to have occasionally clean the floors. We would rent again. The owner answered all of my emails promptly.

Great stay and not far from South Tahoe!
The house has plenty rooms for big family. Beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed playing pool. Great location if you want to stay close to South Lake Tahoe. Only suggestion would be to change TV from direct tv channels to Netflix and other streaming options. We didn’t like watching commercials. :)

The house was perfect for our family, lovely neighborhood. Very well equipped kitchen and great location. Close to stores, lake, gondola and shops. Communication with owner was prompt and helpful. We lived our vacation!

Nice house and perfect for our family
Perfect location with hill right outside for the kids sleds. Clean, plenty of seating and the pool table was great entertainment. A little light on kitchen supplies, but not enough to ruin anything. Overall, our family loved it here!

Great home with some minor difficulties
We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this home. The home is spcious, clean, and the bed and beddings didnt smell funny. However the King and one of the Queen beds were not comfortable, woke up with bad backpain. We enjoyed our stay here except a few things. The family room where the pool table is located, the ceiling lights did not turn on. Needless to say we chose this home bcz of the pool table. The landlord did have a few table lamps in the room to use but they didnt work. We had to take light bulbs from other lights to replace the bad bulbs. Luckily it lite the room, but nowhere near what it could have been with the ceiling lights. In addition the Cable didnt work either. We spent atleast 2-3 hours working on getting the cable up and running and figuring out the lighting situation. The kids were bored and wanted to be entertained with TV. The manager whom was listed as a emergency contact was useless. We contacted her many times to solve our problem but she didnt have a solution. It almost seemed as if they knew the ceiling lights didnt work and thats why there was lamps available in the room. I did speak with the owner about these issues and she was nice, but did not offer any discounts or anything to compensate for our troubles and having to play pool in semi okay lighting But other than that the kitchen was lovely, the rooms were spacious, the backyard was nice even though we really didnt use it much. The heater made the home nice and cozy. Showers were nice but the hot water ran out after the first 2 people showered. I took a cold shower but it is winter so I undersrand. If those issues were to be dealt with I would definitively stay here again.

Perfect location!
Our past stay at this location was great! It was 10 minutes (driving) from the strip and just 20 minutes from Sierra ski resot. The house was a very cute house with a few new updates. This house served our purpose however there were a few downsides... the front door is really difficult to open and close so we mainly used the garage as our form of entry. The add says jacuzzi but turns out its a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom. The pull out couch bed was terrible! If you are looking to rent this place I probably wouldn't count that bed. The pots and pans are all scratched up so it made it difficult to use. The refrigerator wasn't cooling and the upstairs heater made a lot of noise. Plus there wasn't extra towels, sheets and other bedding items. Despite all those negatives we did enjoy our time simply based off location.

Not what was expected
We were a group of friends spending a weekend in Tahoe. The picture of the location looked better than what it really was. A few things made it a 3 star:
1. One of the single beds looked like it was going to fall apart
2. No first aid kit available
3. 1 small bottle of shampoo and conditioner for a house for 10 people
4. Hot water was not working , had to contact someone
5. The instruction said to take the trash out but their bear bin was completely full and looked like it hasn't been emptied for weeks
6. The pillows are not comfortable - master bedrooms pillow cases were complete worn down and tears pretty much on each one
Overall not satisfied for the value we paid for the location.

Perfect property for a large group
We came to Lake Tahoe for a family celebration and couldn't have been more pleased with our 2 night stay at this lovely 3000 sq ft. home. Comfortable, spacious, clean and welcoming, it was everything we were wanting and more. We really appreciated the large deck and yard, spending both evenings out there cooking on the BBQ and enjoying the trees that surround the property.
A well equipped kitchen made it easy to feed our group of 13. Three of the bedrooms are very large with lots of room to spare. One queen bedroom is a bit smaller, but all of the beds were very comfortable with nice bedding.
Owner Victoria was so easy to reach and quick to respond to my my questions prior to our arrival. I really appreciated walking into the property and seeing exactly what the pictures on the site show, and what Victoria described to me in our communications.
The location is in a quiet neighborhood and really easy to get to. It's about an 8 minute drive to the casinos, shopping centers and the Gondola. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends... my family was with me so they already know. I'm sure we will be back!

Home away from home!
This home is conveniently located in South lake with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The pool table provided entertainment for both adults and kids. The owner Victoria is very responsive in answering any questions. The home is located right by the Timber Cove which offers a variety of water activities such as jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boating, or just relaxing by the beach. We will definitely keep this rental home in mind when we visit again!

Just the ticket!
This place is just what the doctor ordered! Two families comprised of four adults and seven children shared this house with room to spare. The bedrooms are HUGE and the downstairs living space is perfect for meals and entertaining. The master bedroom has a very deep jacuzzi tub, and there is hot water for days, so there were no cold showers even with the tub being used.
We arrived on Sunday to a clean house, and enjoyed every minute of the next week. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood off Pioneer Trial that is very accessible and conveniently located close to Highway 50 and stateline. It is the perfect place to feel like you are part of the Tahoe community where you can enjoy the natural beauty of Tahoe, without feeling stuck in a commercial setting. The neighborhood is a great place to go for a run or walk, too.
The house is nicely furnished and stocked, so we did not ever feel like we wish we had remembered to bring something that was missing. The owner and housekeeper were very accessible throughout the entire stay, and quickly responded to inquiries.
After coming to Tahoe for fifteen years and renting TIme Share properties, we have found a new place to live out our Tahoe dreams.

Truly Enjoyable!!!
My family and I arrived seperately throughout the day. The preparation form they send you prior to your stay was spot on! Good information and we started our vacation on a very good note. The home was in good order, the rooms are good size and our family felt that though there was snow outside, we enjoyed spending quality time indoors cooking, playing pool or playing games. We slept 9 people in the home comfortably. The first night we had an issue with the bed. We called and it was fixed that same day. We didn't end up going to find a snow play area because the private street was rarely used. We took our sleds on the street and it was perfect!!! Thank you for a great experience! This was definately a smooth vacation.

Beautiful house
We stayed here a couple nights after Christmas. This is a beautiful house with plenty of space. You get what you see in the pictures. There is a lot of kitchenware and dining ware to use, which was a great plus. The house is very warm and the water is nice and hot :). The pool table is a big plus. There's also a washer and dryer, which can be very convenient.
The distance to Heavenly Ski Resorts is very close, maybe about 10-15 minute drive depending on road conditions.
The main street is slightly elevated, so if the roads are icy slippery, you may need chains/4WD (or a running start which we did with a Corolla) on the main street to reach the drive way.
I highly recommend this place and would definitely return.

Great Place!!
This place was in fact a home away from home. Considering that we booked a last minute reservation Victoria, the owner, was awesome in coordinating and communicating with us. The place was, as expected, clean. Amenities were in the place (including pots, pans, even measuring cups). The only two things I didn't find were an iron and ironing board. I would definitely consider this place for my future South Lake Tahoe vacation. In fact a great place!!

Wonderful weekend stay!
I've been searching for a home for months and finally came across this property. My family and I stayed here over the weekend for my 19th birthday, beginning to end we all enjoyed ourselves and each others company with this spacious home. What you see in the pictures is what you will see coming in.The pool table was extra entertainment for us. Absolutely loved this home, walking in, we went directly to the kitchen and it has everything! Each bedroom is pretty spacious, and accommodated us all perfectly. Quiet neighborhood in Pioneer Trail off of Heavenly close to Safeway and all major stores, especially the casinos for all the gamblers! The owner Victoria was very helpful in this process and was there to answer any and all of my questions. The whole transaction was smooth as well. We were given an extended stay but decided to leave at normal check out. Can't forget to mention a birthday discount, thanks again :) !
Cons:
- In the kitchen, there is a sink leak and depending on how bad it gets is how often you use it.
- The BBQ Charcoal grill is a little broken, perhaps switching to a gas grill in the future.
DEFINITELY COMING BACK ON OUR NEXT TRIP! Thank you for our stay!

Great Family Trip, lots of space
We took my husbands family up to Tahoe for the weekend to play in the snow and enjoy the beautiful Tahoe scenery. The house/cabin was perfect. Lots of room for everyone to sit, sleep, and eat. The kids loved the bunk beds and all the space in "their" room. The entire process was very simple. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Thank You!
