The apartment is very large and spacious with a nice balconies and terrace (you can see beautiful sunrise from them), close to the local beach and also city center, the beds are comfortable and air conditioning is available in every room. The host is communicative and helpful.
The apartment is located near the frequent road with no parking space, the parking is available close to the apartment in public space but it is no so close taking into account that you need to take off/in luggage and there is no space to park a car for a few minutes just to do it.
There is no normal pavement on both sides, no pedestrian crossing, the road is busy and it is dangerous to cross to the other side.
We had a problem with wifi for a whole week, in some rooms there are no signal or even if there was no problem with signal there was still no internet and it was pretty pain to deal with it.
The kitchen utensils should be replaced, the pans are crooked and do not reach the hob and the hob was constantly turning off.
In one bathroom the sink dripped into the bucket and at the same time if we wanted to take a shower no one else was allowed to run the water and even so the stream was very weak.

One word: excellent. The apartment was so nice and clean. The rooms and the beds was so big and comfy. The owners are so kind and friendly. We had a very very nice vacation in Villa Caterina. We highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful three bedroom flat on the second floor just short walk from the centre of Lovran town and beaches suitable for the whole family.
House is full of character with high ceilings, amazing balconies and stunning sea views. Big and comfortable beds and wooden flooring.
Our hosts Jasmina and Siniša were very helpful and nothing seemed too much to ask.
There is nothing not to like!

Great view from the main balcony. Beautiful place to enjoy our morning coffee and brekky.Very close to the beach for a quick swim.
Bad weather for a day (was raining) and the sea could have been tad warmer.
